Showers and toilets a good distance away - no problem for us but for a friend with mobility issues this was difficult-
Our main issue was lack of hot water to shower or wash dishes at certain busy times. Not good.
WIFI non existent !!!
Its such a shame when people come and visit, make negative comments and never mention anything to the team whilst they are here.
I have spoken the member of your group who has mobility issues who left a very constructive review. She confirmed that you did not let us know, had we known we would have allocated different pitches.
We do not have a lack of hot water at all. One of your party had a problem with the shower because they were turning the dial the wrong way. They were helped by a member of the team.
In the utility room the water sometimes takes a while to run hot, which would be the case in most homes.
As for wifi we use Starlink but if lots of people are using the system then yes it gets slow.

Shower block was very clean as well as the toilets, lots of recycling bins which is a rare find on a campsite as most tend to tip everything in one bin. We were due to arrive late so I called in and got an answer straight away, people were really helpful and it was a breeze finding out pitch.
The Llama's onsite were a nice touch and overall we really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend.Unbeliebt: Mozzies at night! But you will get that in most places around the area. Just make sure you have some citronella or bug spray.

We are surprised by your comments re music, since we had 3 wardens on both Friday and Saturday evenings and no untoward activities were reported. Guests are allowed to play music until 2230, so long as it low volume and not interfering with others.
As for our donkeys a farrier manages their feet every 6 to 8 weeks. The donkeys are in excellent condition, and their welfare is a priority for us. We are not aware of children feeding the donkeys sweets, and will be more vigilant on this going forward.
