The toilet block could have been bigger

When we arrived we were shown to our allocated pitch. Unfortunately the tent next door had pitched badly and encroached into the pitch allocated to us. The site had no problems in rearranging other pitches to resolve this problem and we ended up with. Decent flat pitch with plenty of room. The facilities are clean and well functioning. The shop had lots of nice things and some camping essentials in case anything was forgotten. There were donkeys alpaca and sheep on site that you could feed. There's a small playground and sandpit, enough to keep our 6 year old entertained. The site is in a beautiful location and was pretty quiet.
There was a strict fires out policy and staff enforced this with a friendly but firm manner and the quiet time was well respected. Staff were always around keeping the site clean and we're very helpful. After each departure each pitch was checked and tidied ready for the next arrival.

We were very welcome and will definitely visit again.

Whilst we could connect to WiFi, we found it didn't actually work very well. But it wasn't really a problem for us.

Friendly staff, lovely quiet and beautiful location. Great for cycling and walking. Nice and closed location to Snowdonia.

What a fantastic site!
Despite arriving in the rain, greeted with a smile and a personal walk around the site to explain / show facilities.
Site was brilliant. Spacious, flat pitch. Good showers and toilet facilities, and the shop was a bonus - highly recommend the lamb burgers! Delicous!!
Will definitely be back.

Everything!! The service was amazing, so kind and welcoming! The campsite with the park and animals was great for the kids and they loved every bit of it! View of the mountains behind were gorgeous along with the stunning view of the stars at night

Amazing experience, great staff, lots of things to do for the kids with animals and play area and the toilets, showers, wash area immaculate!

Loved the views. Facilities clean and functional. Communal fridge helped after long days out. Staff were polite and helpful. Children liked the park and animals.

We had a lovely stay this weekend.

Campsite is so clean, great amenities. Children's play area has good choice and the Donkeys, Alpacas and Sheep are so friendly and not forgetting Griff the dog!

And of course the wonderful staff who were wonderful and accommodating.

We will be back and highly recommend
