Hello Olly, Thank you for your review however I am disappointed to read your comments. I’m not sure what pitch you were on, but we have a variety of pitches with different facilities and sizes throughout our site. Our prices are based upon what facilities you have on your pitch and the number of people you have on the booking. We communicate our pitch sizes to our guests in emails and there is also an option to ‘Pick a Pitch’ so you can select one that suits your needs. If you did not decide to pick your pitch you would have been randomly allocated whichever pitch we had available at the time of booking.

Our shop and food stalls are independent of Trevornick Holiday Park and we do not manage their prices. We have had many positive comments regarding our shop and food stalls this season, so I am surprised you had such strong negative opinions towards them.

In terms of our swimming pool, during the peak season, we run a booking system to ensure all guests get access to the pool during their stay. We are a large site with many guests and want to make sure everyone can use the facilities. The booking system can be easily booked 48 hours in advance on our app, over the phone, or in person in our reception which is open until 9 pm each day. As well as the booking system we have a walk-in line for each session that allows guests to use the pool without booking if there is space. On most occasions, we are able to get all guests in on their desired swim session. We’ve had many positive reviews about our new pool system as it gives guests a better experience.

Hi Gabriela, Thank you for your comments I am sorry about the noise you experienced near your pitch. If you had reported this to reception we would have been happy to alert the gardening team. We do require bookings for the pool in the peak season but this allows for a better experience for all guests and we have had positive comments on the new system. I'm sorry it did not work for you. Hi Emma, thank you for your comments. We are lucky that our location is so central to the main attractions in the area. Unfortunately, we are in a remote area so signal can be difficult. I hope you still enjoyed your holiday anyway.

We are aware of the issues with this toilet block and are looking for a solution. I'm sorry to read you did not find the reception team friendly. They do their best to make everyone feel welcome on site so I apologise if you did not feel you received this welcome.
