On arrival to the site, everything was clearly signposted.
We were greeted by staff who explained the barrier system and showed us to our pitch.
Extremely friendly staff and the onsite 24 hour presence is very reassuring.
Washing up facilities, toilets and showers were extremely clean and maintained throughout the day.
Onsite fish and chips were cooked fresh and were reasonably priced.
A really lovely stay, would come back again and recommend to others.

Lacking a small shop and long hike to the sea Ok for us but steps to beach could prove difficult for some.

It was our first time camping with the kids 4 and 1 year old. The campsite was welcoming and the toilets and really clean and not too far away. Had a coffee van and burger van which was brilliant.
Would recommend and would stay again.

The only that would have made the stay better was a little shop on site. But 2 mins drive was a big Morrisons and 5 mins drive was an Aldi.

Fantastic site. I travelled alone initially and was a little worried as a lone female stay, but the team made me feel safe and welcome.
Brilliant size pitches I stayed on a mixture of hard standing with same size grass area.
On the beach, stairs are not as intimidating as you think!!
The facilities were ALWAYS clean, the team cleaned them 2/3 times every day and site bins were emptied regularly

The sea is quite far from the beach stairs - this is of course not something the site can change.. BUT something to consider if you struggle with mobility it takes around 10 mins to get from the beach stairs to the water.
Signal can be intermittent.. no wifi available in most fields

The location was excellent close to the beach, local supermarket and various places to visit such as Great Yarmouth and Southwold.

When we booked we had said il to 10m pitch as we have a base camp with rear awning. We were put on a pitch that meant we couldn’t use the awning we had paid for. We asked if they have a larger pitch for a rear awning as they were super helpful giving us another pitch that meant we could use our awning.

When we moved we wasn’t shown to the new pitch as they had before. We used the motor home to our left and the documentation as a guide to where we should park the caravan and awning. There is no guidance as where to place caravan in relation to the pitch number other than to ensure a 5m firebreak. The pitch plan even shows the pitch to the left of the pitch number sign. 2 days later we were told we should be to the right of the number and would need to move. This was frustrating to pack up and move as has the information been correct on the pitch maps we wouldn’t have made this error. We almost left given the hassle of taking down everything and moving just 2 meters to the right on what was a super big pitch. Please update your maps to avoid confusion. The site was also very busy over the weekend so the showers and toilets were always busy, even through the week it felt like another toilet block would help.

Lots of space for camping, location was great, close to the beach. Good clean facilities.

Bathrooms closed for cleaning at most used Times, scalding hot showers.

It was a very clean site.
Very easy access from main road, but it is well screened and traffic noise was not a problem.
The facilities were clean and well thought out. In the showers your dry clothes are kept that way by being away from water within the cubicle. The water was hot, a bit too hot if not expecting it or sunburnt 🙄. The non electric field had easy access to the beach and lovely views. We may be biased because we had good weather, but it was a lovely quiet site, very relaxing. The fish and chips van in the carpark was excellent,very tasty. The bus fare to the nearest ' big town' was really cheap (£2 each), which took away the stress of driving and the bus stops were really close to the site. We would go there again.

Well kept, clean, tidy. Nice showers. Staff very friendly. Lots of good facilities available.

Easy access to the beach although it's a long walk to the sea and very pebbly.
