The site layout was good, the hardstanding and grass element gave you good spacing. The warden service was excellent. The shower/toilets were well serviced, clean and with constant hot water.

Area is easily accessible to shops and beaches.

Hated plot we were allocated. Right next to busy road and the barrier to enter the park. Plot was a mud pit .
Young lady checking us in was rude and we were more or less told like it or lump it where we were put.
Have visited the Hollies on several occasions but won't be returning.
As the campsite expands then maybe more facilities should be added. Had to walk a long way to empty waste water and toilet.

Such a beautiful site. Extremely well kept, even for a cold, muddy November time. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the very friendly staff and were given all the information we needed and was taken to our site. The site was always clean and there are plenty of toilets and showers to go around the guests. The pitches are very well organised, spacious and flat. As a disabled guest (walker/walking stick user), I found it easy getting around the site.

This is more of an awareness than a dislike! There is beach access from the rear of the site. Unfortunately this is by going down many steps (someone said it was around 90) which someone with mobility issues will not be able to use. However, there is an easier access further along the road (a member of staff said it was near a pub but I don't remember the name) so if you'd like to go onto that part of the beach, just ask a lovely staff member.
