Incidentally we did not receive any other complaints bought your neighbours from any other guests and we would point out that they were only present for part of you stay. We always ask people to quiet down if we think they are being a little noisy but as we say we received no other complaints and did not hear any noise ourselves. We are not aware of taps not working but will look into this and review urgently.

They are there for the safety of children and pedestrians and work well. We make no apology for their presence if they stop even one accident. It is worth noting you use the word ‘potentially’ so safely assume no damage occurred. So this is frankly a vexatious comment without any merit.
2. Nobody else seems to struggle with the access, so again wonder your reasoning for making this comment?
3. Every pitch is numbered and all customers receive a diagram showing how to park. So again there seems little basis for this comment.
4. There are hooks in the showers. What exactly do you mean by no privacy? They have lockable doors ? Did you forget to close the door and have no towel?
5. The shower buttons are on a timer and go off after a fixed period so not to avoid wastage. This is standard with most campsites.
6. No other complaints have been received about water temperature.
7. All the waste disposal point are clearly marked around the park.
8. Finally what do you mean by ‘money making site’? Well of course you have to pay which is the general idea with running a business but we can assure you we are not the most expensive and most customers seem happy with what they pay and what they get for it.
In summary we frankly think your comments are somewhat unnecessary and vexatious as the facts do not support them. We have an AA 4 star rating and plenty of good reviews from happy customers so it can’t be all bad! If you had any complaints or comments you might have raised them direct whilst on site and our staff would have been happy to look into things for you.
