We loved the site, it has everything you need and more. Our four year old loved the kids club and arcades and got very excited every time a plane flew over the caravan. Our dog enjoyed all the walks that were nearby and the weather made it even better.

The only dislike was the fact the caravan did not have a hoover to allow us to clean up through the week but was one of the cleanest pet friendly caravans we have stayed in. Just a bit disappointed with location due to requesting a close caravan to all the amenities due to husband being on crutches and it was a struggle for him to get about.

So close to the beach, it’s beautiful. Pools lovely and warm and staff member at the pool was very friendly. My son loved the arcade.

Shower and toilet block was untidy and unclean for the majority of the stay. Was supposed to have a code for the toilet block but it was open the entire time. The tent pitch area is quite cramped when busy.

The grounds and the surrounding area were beautiful. The staff were friendly.

The showers all ran cold, there was no toilet paper in a majority of the bathroom stalls. The prices for food were ridiculous. They wanted 3 pounds for one very thin slice of toast with jelly.

Booking system for swimming pool could be improved. Can only book on day from 8.30am. Booked in 45 min slots but we were only let into the building at session start time so by the time we got into the pool with the kids, it was more like 30 minutes in the pool.

Ease of check-in, great facilities, lovely setting. Play park is in a handy location when waiting for things. Well stocked shop.

How safe I felt as a single female traveller. Loved the fact there was a reasonably good sized swimming poll onsite. Very clean. Andrew and Ebonnie were brilliant staff looking after the swimming pool and dealing with various problems. But they were so professional and genuinely lovely folks.

I didn't use the restaurant or entertainment but the Wifi wasn't very good at all on the pitches. A shame as people are there not only on holiday but working.

The touring pitches are very disappointing, there not looked after . Plenty of grounds men/ women working the site BUT none working touring part. Ground uneven with large holes . Only seem to concentrate on static side of park. The pitch sizes are small and the roads leading to the pitch is just wide enough for a car. Too tight to put caravan on if there's one opposite. It's a one way system and impossible to get off if a car is coming up as you have to drive down the one way because it's blocked off at the end, so it's not a one way at all !!!
The showers are rubbish, the doorway is too small so a larger person is not getting in them, the ceiling is full of black mold, the water is at best tepid. As for the loos I went into 7 before I found one that actually locked!! . They were all broken.
As for ' dog friendly ' it's not as 'friendly ' as it says , no dogs allowed in the bar so if you want to eat then you have to stay outside which isn't always possible, so you're food gets cold really quickly.
Needs the barrier down to stop young locals from driving round the site with their ridiculously loud exhausts which to be frank was a nuisance !!!! .
It's overpriced and we won't be back

Chip shop shit on first night,.planned to fit food in restaurant/bar. Asked and was till food served up till 9pm
Went to order (just chips) at 8.30 and was told kitchen was shut as organising pies for half time of the football game being shown so jo food to be had given vegetarian a d couldn't eat the pies

That where we pitched was close to the toilets and shower rooms and other amenities

It was very noisy while having dinner, don't get me wrong, I think it's great that there's entertainment for all ages, but the noise level was pretty high that you couldn't hear our conversations to one another
