Very nice and quiet camping park.

The main selling point is the access to the river, we made the most of it and hearing, seeing and playing with our children and going for the paddle to the pub was a definite highlight
Loved the low key nature of the site, the toilets and washing areas were really well maintained

The only downside I'd say was the showers, they weren't as clean as the toilets and the washing areas

Drunk camper who pitched up 1 meter away from me, scratched my car with tent rods and was vulgar towards me. I thought the campsites policy is 6m space between tents but the warden seemed to be fine with the close proximity of my neighbours to my tent.
Very disappointed as I was awake all night due to loud snoring.

The size of the pitches and the quietness of the campsite. It wasn't to busy and we never had to wait to use the facilities on site.

The site was well maintained and beautiful. The site-men were very helpful and cheerful.
We hired two life jackets for the children which was very useful as we had not brought our own.

Lovely campsite clean facilities, next to a river so great for paddle boarding or kayaking , hire is available or take your own.

And we were so lucky with the weather on our stay. The amenities were clean and everyone was quiet come the time limit at night.
Was a perfect break for our family we will definitely be returning very soon

Location, river, wildlife, friendly & helpful staff, clean toilets and showers.

Such a lovely warm welcome when we arrived, the campsite is on the river, good for paddling, fire pits for hire brought to your tent with wood, kindling matches and a grill for the burgers and sausages, all the staff were lovely and friendly coming round regularly.

Only 4 hot showers.
