We had a wonderful time at The Red Lion campsite. The pitches were very large and flat and the toilet block was warm and modern. The best part was the friendly staff and locals and of course the fabulous food with the best chips ever! We look forward to returning in the future.

Booked a stay over Christmas Really nice site well kept Pub was cosy and welcoming food was first class and staff were welcoming and friendly definitely be back again soon

The pitch was good well lit and clean and tidy. Bar staff friendly and helpful. Toilet block ok warm and in good condition. Food in pub first class. Pitch level

The walk to the toilets showers was muddy so the floor in the toilet and shower needed to be watched when you have showered to stay mud free.

This is not a dislike just an opinion with the wet weather we have had a paved path to the Elson point would maybe give a little extra plus

Only had a Motorhome for 4 years (since COVID lockdown)normally spend Christmas abroad in the 🌞⛱️, but this was the best UK Christmas.
Will most certainly return back.👍
