The facilities are of an exceptionally high standard and the close proximity to excellent meals and refreshments at The Kings Arm nearby as well as at Ducks Café just across the road make it all very convenient. The on-site 24 hour vending shop is also a boon. It is a dog-friendly site which was a factor that attracted us to it as well as being well situated for country footpath walks. The close proximity to bus stops both into Weymouth as well as to Lyme Regis and on to Axminster is also useful for those who want to leave their vans on site and use their bus passes. Thoroughly recommend that you visit this campsite!

On bus route between Weymouth and Bridport meaning it is easy to get to these towns and stops in between or further afield with a regular(ish) bus service along the jurassic coast. On site facilities are very clean and high spec. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return for short breaks. We both really loved it.
