Unbeliebt: Toilet blocks should have underfloor heating but I’m afraid not on when we were there and it turned cold for our particular week. Also by the last few days of our week children were out playing till 11pm and very noisy and they were younger children. Also some younger children had battery powered scooters and carts going up and around park very fast not taking any notice of older people absolutely ridiculous and dangerous very disappointed that this was not stopped.

With regards to the issues you have raised - did you make the warden aware of this at the time? As stated in some of our previous replies to reviews and in fact our Check In email too, we urge guests to contact us at the time of an event when we can do our best to rectify the situation, rather than leaving negative feedback after the event leaving us no chance to come to a solution.

Staff are lovely nothing is ever too much trouble.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review very much appreciated and so glad that you enjoyed your time with us, as for the pitch it was a 10m fully serviced pitch which I would have thought is more than enough to accommodate a 7.5m caravan and unfortunatley we don't have bigger pitches. All our pitches are spaced according to legal specification but again everybody's needs are different. Thank you again for your positive comments.
