Very clean and quiet location. Pub next door does good food. Friendly warden. Ideal location for our activities. Close to Conkers and Twycross Zoo.

Lovely well maintained site, clean facilities, level pitches. Amazing scenery, great hosts and caretaking. Lots to do locally, right next door to pub. Slight negative in that electric cut out during visit as on prepayment cars, had to find caretaker to top up but would not prevent another visit.

To many unsupervised ferrel children who were noisy and disrespectful, the warden died speak to ones parent's though.

The campsite was very well kept and picture perfect. Toilet and shower was always clean.

Needed more toilets/showers as there was only one per sex. I was informed by Wayne the warden that extra toilet block is planned.
The WiFi signal was poor where we were pitched. But I can live without that.

The site is spotlessly clean, as are the toilets and showers. Wayne the warden welcomed us to the site and directed us to our pitch. The pub next door was a bonus

Nothing to dislike

The site is very nice. We went with 2 caravans as a family. We were met by the gate and the gentleman reversed our caravans on to our pitches. That was a lovely gesture.
The owners were always nearby if we needed anything. The site was set out nicely with plenty of room between the pitches. The facilities were clean and tidy.
We didn't do any fishing but there was a nice pond in the centre of the site.

The only small dislike was that the football that all the kids were playing with, kept rolling between the water edge and the pond.

Nice small site with pond for fishing. Loved that the site was warden controlled and was a very warm welcome.

No individual toilets and no family shower room.
