The facilities are great and the staff is friendly.

The Wi-Fi is poor. The electric access is far from the tent. It will be nicer if it’s closer or each tent have their own.

Good amenities, really convenient for trips into London.

Relaxed Site with good amount of space, even once a French coachload arrived and pitched many small tents. Play area for the kids. Secure due to coded gates.
Good public transport to London - 10min bus (they are every 10-15mins from the cinema just in front of the site) and you're onto the overground, 20mins later you're onto the tube.

Being bitten. Sat out on the first night, and suffered with 15 or so insect bites for the following 2 days. Many people looked to have faired the same, so maybe a warning at the time of booking to pack repellent would be helpful. Camp bed in our cabin was broken, I reported on 2nd day and was told it would be sorted and nothing happened. Reported again the next day after 2 nights where one of us had to sleep basically on the floor on a mattress, then it was swapped. The site is about 5-6 miles inside the ULEZ zone, which I was unaware of, so was hit with 3 days of charges = £38. Not the sites fault, but it is something that could be highlighted at the time of booking. If we'd visited in 'the other car' we'd have avoided the charge. Just as you have to rate it below, the WIFI was 'there' but didn't seem to work. 4g signal was ok though on Smarty.

The site was well laid out and the utilities were in good condition.

The showers were warm at all times of the day and not too far away from the pitch.

The power hook ups are shared between 4 pitches so you need a very long lead if you're the end pitch.

The site is located next to a leisure complex with a carpark that is used by boy racers in the evening to do dohnuts and rev the hell out of their engines. This happened every night we were there.

Nice site with hard standings surrounded by grass. Amenities pretty good and easy access from all parts of the site. A real bonus is the closeness of reliable public transport. The W8 runs very regularly from literally just outside the camp and it takes you to Edmonton bus and tube station in a 10 minute ride
