Me and my Dad has a brilliant time and enjoyed every second of our 2-night stay. The hosts were very welcoming and the scenery was gorgeous. The whole site is very well maintained and was a joy to sit around in.

The pod was very clean and came with a well-stocked kitchen that had everything you would need to cook & clean with including cutlery, crockery & washing up stuff.

The toilet is very small but perfectly functional and we always had hot water available to us when needed. There are also plenty of plugs and USB sockets for our gadgets.

The fishing was exceptional. My Dad was continuously catching decent-sized (3-12lb) Carp on almost every cast for 2 whole days.

Our only gripe were the beds as they weren't really suitable for 2 big fella's like us.

Really enjoyed our week break was lovely everyone around was friendly and was nice and peaceful surroundings

Lovely pod with everything we needed. Bbq area in front of pod very handy. Pond just in front of the Pods good amount of fish caught over our stay. Pod very clean toilet & shower very clean deffo 5 out 5. We will definitely be back for a return visit. Rachel is very helpful & polite as where the other members of staff we saw. This was the fourth year I’ve stayed at Lakeview. Everything was exceptional as always! Spotlessly clean, peaceful and clear arrival instructions. This is my little slice of paradise!

Right next to lake amazing view great price for money family friendly great fishing caught loads of fish may be nothing big ie carp but was amazing for my son catching fish clean tidy can’t fault a thing about lake view quiet I was so impressed I defo be going again

None perfect

The site is beautifully set out with lakes. There are ducks and ducklings geese with gosling wandering about and lovely site

The only thing is 3 touring pitches and pods Aswell as shepherds hut but only one toilet and shower situated at each end of pods but very clean .

3rd time here. This time all 4 of our family in the Hive and the Hideaway. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay had by all. Nice meal out at a local pub and a day in Skegness with a bit of fishing thrown in.

Stunning place, very secure and well equipped. Toilet and shower very clean. Quiet and well look after.
20min walking distance shop and pub. Allowed to use own wood for fire pit but also availability to buy on site for reasonable price. Just perfect if you like quiet holiday with your family.

What a lovely place to stay! We stayed in one of the pods! It was the perfect size with everything needed, it was clean and cozy! The site had a nice view of the fishing lake, our dogs also loved their stay. The facilities, toilets showers etc were spot on and also very clean. Rachel was lovely and came to check everything was OK for us once we'd checked in. It's nice that the pods have a fire pit ans a place for a disposable bbq outside too. We will definetly stay again xx
