There weren't as much playing facilities as expected

Nice quiet campsite. Enough room on the pitch for all camping gear.
Clean toilets, clean sink for washing up.
Didn't use the showers but they looked clean.

Only receive a text with pitch number but noone there to greet you or show you around. We didn't mind it this way but a lot of campers were quite confused about where to pitch up.
Was a good way to start chatting to neighbours though

Beautiful location, lovely and peaceful when we arrived. My daughter enjoyed the swings and the open space we had.

Very small campsite! On the second day 3 more families arrived and there was no room for me and my daughter to play with her ball as the pitches are so close together. Also got disturbed until early hours Saturday night with people playing music and talking. I did however manage to sleep through most of it and so did my daughter.

Bit of lighting to mark the entrance to the toilets would be handy

Great value, lovely site, just what we were looking for. Tent was possibly slightly too big for pitch I booked, but friendly and understanding chap, nick, was very helpful. Nice courtesy message from the site apologising for some noisy guests on the first night, but that didn't spoil our stay.

Small site , about 11 pitches to actually pitch on.
Toilets and showers was OK. Fresh cold water tap on site.
Swings for children but very wobbly.
Lady running very friendly.

Rubbish everywhere ,bins was overflowing before we arrived,no one came to clean.
Toilets we had to get our own toilet roll. Never checked or changed.
Very busy with people either living there or coming up and down the site.
A very moody lady shouting there's poo everywhere waking everyone up early, we took our dogs but was with us the whole time , we got up and checked the field and not one poo. Looked at the road outside site and there was poo there. Nothing to do with us.maybe it was her dog.
As you come in the entrance very loud very loud barking from a old caravan.
Would advise on taking very strong pegs , could not get one peg in the ground , we have come home having to buy new ones because we don't have one peg that's not bent or broke.

Very spacious showers! And the price for this spot was very cheap, but decent fascilities. Beware that your car cant be parked at your spot, but it was very close by and you can drive your car to the spot to get your stuff in/out.

First time to stay at this delightful compact campsite,we loved it!! Basic but has everything you need including a microwave oven in the utility room, separate washing machine and dryer at £1.00 for 30 minutes, disabled toilet also available, the site is also very clean and tidy, highly recommended, we will return soon, many thanks to all for a very enjoyable stay👍

Only dislike is the sun is beating down on the camp site all day long, would be nice to have trees or some kind of shaded area so could have the option to sit in the shade instead of a baking hot tent 🤒

Parking

I stayed here in my camper for a couple of nights this week. Really good value at £10 for the night with electric hook up and water available at the pitch if you need it. Toilets and showers were clean and basic but all fine for the price of the campsite. Dog and kid friendly with loads of walks into the countryside straight from the site. Great location just outside of Exeter (10 mins drive down the hill), and down into Dawlish through the lanes (15 mins). This would be a great spot to stay in if you're on your way further down South and want to break up the journey as its close to the main routes down south! Would reccomend
