The alotted pitch is large and we didn't feel too close to others next to us. It's very kid friendly which was nice as we were able to play football and throwing games freely with the kids. A great play park. Very warm welcome at reception and let us know where everything was and showed us to the pitch.

Lovely owner, which we was regularly and staff all happy and friendly.
New on site pub and kitchen worked well.Big shower block each shower/loo room was decorated differently. Shower was an over head rain shower with normal house mixer fittings (no horrid push button)
Camp site, roughly level and grass kept short. Hook up at each large pitch. Water stations all close.
Pitch size was large enough.Great location for visiting all of Cornwall, especially bottom end.
Unbeliebt: Hired fire pit is more a fire basket type. Even with the stand and bottom plate, this still burnt the grass, which I was unhappy about doing.

We disagree with your comment that the pitches are not marked out as they clearly have markers between each pitch, most people like the open space rather than be crammed in beside one another.
We do have a darts match on a Wednesday evening but the bar is open and we have a food van come onto site if anyone needs food. I am not sure why on earth you thought we would have activities or entertainment, we do not advertise as having these, we are a small campsite in Cornwall not Haven holidays! However we do have a quiz night every Monday and Karaoke on a Saturday evening.
I note by your overall scoring you rated customer service as a one star, Nataliia is the friendliest person that I have ever met and I know for a fact that she even offered you 3 choices to pitch up. ( this was done politely because she noticed that you had a walking frame, so rather than offend she quickly found a pitch for you closer to our bathrooms and offered you a choice of 3 pitches, knowing which one you would prefer) that's how thoughtful and kind she is.
We can even see that you rated accommodation with 2 stars, we always find this strange when we do not provide you with accommodation you actually brought your own. We hope that next year you will be in a position to purchase five star accommodation, but until you can, please do not rate a campsite with your low scoring caravan.

Jackie the owner was so lovely to get to know and so kind lent me some books to read while I was unable to do the family activities to having My hand in bandages due to my operation and she always asked about it and how I was feeling.
We was upset our holiday had come to an end but will definitely be booking it again.
