Location and surroundings

Shop was pointless staff running reception were rude.

Nice campground with clean facilities and friendly staff

General lack of information at check-in regarding the location of the facilities and which pitches on the campground we were allowed to choose from. They could preferably have used a map but we were just pointed in a direction and told to choose a spot

As per previous reviews, clean toilets and showers, brilliant food at the restaurant, clean well organised swimming pool, etc.
However, we cut our visit short, mainly, due to location ( way to far from the beach).
Points to be aware of: swimming pool closes between 12;30-15:00
Swimming bands are €10 each (only found out after we binned them :))
You'll have to reserve , well in advance a place at the restaurant, if you want any, (due to being famous, you'll have customers from outside)
And obviously, because we haven't stayed the whole 10 nights, as booked with Pitchup, the initial deposit hasn't been refunded or used as means of payment.
Bottom line, is, if you want to have a go, don't bother booking in advance, just turn up, stay and pay as much as you enjoy.

we liked the whole environment. Good organization throughout. Nice staff who could speak English. It was very clean in the common areas such as the bathroom, toilet and the washing & washing areas. Good with shop and restaurant and the pool was the biggest plus!

That the gate was closed at 10pm and you had to park outside the facility. That you had to adapt to that time if you were out on a longer excursion. That it was far from the tent site to the toilets. It became difficult for our children at night. The daily cost was more expensive than other campsites in France.

Naturen, den fina poolen, omgivningarna. Många fina valbara platser att slå upp tältet på. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal.

Poolen var stängd under de varmaste timmarna, då man behövde svalka som mest.

Female staff in reception and bar were very helpful and pleasant.

Facilities were always clean and tidy if a little basic and 2 of the washing machines were out of order.

Area where the campsite is situated is very beautiful and most places were accessible from the site, however you do need to drive to them.

Food in the restaurant is lovely.

Pool attendant (Thibaut ) was constantly rude to all of our family including small children and women. This was witnessed by not only our family but also others on the site. The other pool attendant was pleasant and kind and was able to still stick to the pool rules without being abusive unlike the other one. It made going to the pool when Thibaut was there unbearable not only for us but other families from different countries.
We raised our concerns with the manager who simply put it down to tiredness of his staff. No apologies were given to us or others.

Manager in the shop area/restaurant was also rude. We forgot to collect bread on one day, and offered to pay however he then refused us bread for the rest of our stay.
As a result of this we only used the restaurant once. There was 15 in our party so were prepared to spend quite a bit on food here but the manger of the restaurant made it unpleasant to want to eat there.

We would not return to this site purely for the reasons above which is sad as there was other pleasant staff and the campsite was nice.

Lovely, quaint campsite with gorgeous views of the mountains. Great little bar, good facilities and easy drive to nearby beaches.

The ‘pool man’! Honestly, you couldn’t breathe. People were getting told off for things like not setting their shoes straight at the entrance. I am a huge believer in respecting the rules, but this was just ridiculous. He seemed to enjoy embarrassing everyone who dared come to enjoy a quiet dip. Really needs to chill and let people relax!
