J'ai beaucoup apprécié ma visite des musées à Ostie. C'était véritablement une expérience fantastique. Merci !

Je suis déçu par l'état de la piscine et par l'entretien paysager de votre camping, que je trouve quelque peu négligé.

La plage est accessible facilement à pied et Rome est accessible en 50 min de bus et train pour 1.50€.
Le personnel parle français.
Les emplacements tente sont ombragés.

Le personnel n'inspire pas confiance : la seule justification du prix à payer est le prix qu'il vous donne. Il n'y a pas de détails et s'il y en a, il ne faut pas en tenir compte.
Globalement, le prix est cher, pour le service rendu.
Les sanitaires sont sales, peu ou pas lavés et mal éclairés.
Il n'y a de l'eau chaude que dans les douches. Vous faites la vaisselle à l'eau froide.
Wifi accessible qu'à proximité de la réception.
L'environnement est bruyant, a cause de la route qui longe la plages, les clubs riverains et l'aéroport.

Good bar and restaurant, very helpful staff on all of the camp. Easy access to free beach opposite (which is dog friendly) and several beach clubs (we eat at Pasquale ristorante twice for lunch and it was great.

Toilets and showers were clean and well kept. Shop wasn;t bad either but the wine was expensive.

Motorhome pitches are a little smaller than we hoped for but not really much of an issue.

I found the staff unwelcoming and they did not give me any information about the park. The campsites have a lot of ants and quite a few are not flat and cramped. It did not match the description.

Their on-site restaurant was good and their market was well stocked.

When I checked in the receptionist tried to keep my passport for the duration of my stay. This rang alarm bells for me, but she relented when I said I wanted it back. She also gave me a bill saying that the remainder of my stay would come to 25 euros total and I could pay when I left. This seemed odd to me because all the other campsites I’ve stayed at had me pay up front, and Pitchup showed that I would owe a balance of 42 euros upon arrival. When it came time to leave, I went to pay and a different receptionist said it would be 72 euros total. When I showed him the bill I got when I entered the campsite he said that was a dummy bill and it was only so they could look up my information. This was not made clear to me at the time of receiving the bill. He further said that the balance was higher because I brought a car with me. However, when I booked an earth tent pitch on Pitchup it said that the cost of one car was included. I was expecting a slightly higher bill because of the tourist tax, but they up charged me by 30 euros with hidden costs. This combined with them trying to hold my passport gave me the impression that they try to take advantage of tourists by hitting them with a higher bill and holding their passport hostage so they have to pay. This is just speculation though based on my experience.
