Was a beautiful campsite! Very open and beautiful views! The toilet/ shower was lovely and warm, very clean and up to date! Very refreshed after my shower :) the menu they offered was fab!! Including products sold! Super cute!! A barn with alpacas, pigs, goats, donkeys and also a cockerel house! Was lovely to see!

Lovely, peaceful campsite, even in the pouring rain with clouds covering the view! Really easy check in and pitch up where you like. Owner we spoke to was really nice and helpful. We ordered some freshly made pizzas that were brought to our pitch, would highly recommend! The surrounding mountain view was stunning when the sun had come out the following morning. One of the cleanest and nicest toilet/showers I have used at a campsite. Would definitely return.

The only thing that bothered us was the ground was super soaked and boggy once it had rained that we ended up getting stuck and everything covered in mud although wasn't too much of an issue as you are camping after all! Maybe another shower/toilet as there were a few people waiting.

Great site, lovely people running it - couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Facilities were clean and tidy - just what you need. Did a couple of great walks from there.

Tried to catch a bus from where google said there was a bus stop at the bottom of the hill - it doesn't stop there!! We'll know better next time!

Friendly family run site with great facilities and stunning views. We loved seeing the alpacas, chickens, pigs, sheep, goats and donkeys. Food can be pre-ordered. We enjoyed a fire pit. Great location for hiking and exploring nearby waterfalls.

Booked this site as I was visiting Pen Y Fan for my daughter's first climb. Considering how many times I have been to Wales, in this area, I'm amazed I haven't used Cae-Glas before. The site is very well set out, one route in, one route out, picnic benches, fire pits, plenty of bins, washing up area, shower and toilets, pizza and breakfast/hot drinks available to order (subject to hosts schedule) The toilets were lovely and warm, clean and had soap and hand towels, and the shower was so warm, bliss after a days activity! My daughter and I ordered a Pepperoni pizza, and a Hawaiian (back off Pineapple haters!) and they were delicious, my daughter said it was the best pizza she'd had! The hosts are happy to be contacted, and bring over the pizzas when you've booked them. They were super helpful as I'd forgotten Hot Chocolate, so saved me from a disappointed child 😂 The site also has Glamping available as well, got tubs, they looked lovely. I have no hesitation in recommending Cae-Glas for your camping/Glamping needs 👍🏽

The site is very "well lit" at night, bare in mind if you're in a tent.

Quite high proces for a basic campsite, bult we knew that when we booked. In the busy first weekend of August: 1 extra shower would have been nice.

Very peaceful location, up out of the valley, great mountain views, not busy when I stayed, nice grassy field with lots of flat pitches, working farm some animals to see.

Facilities a little basic, washing up area outside, 2 toilets and 2 showers, but enough to go round when I was there.

I think this has to be the best campsite we’ve stayed in. Facilities are great, not rubbish portaloo style toilets or cold dirty showers. The showers and bathrooms are immaculate, warm (a lovely radiator to warm your clothes etc on) and the shower was boiling hot.

Owners were friendly and very welcoming. Very cheap and accommodating. £2.50 to rent a fire pit for your entire stay (plus wood purchase), you can WhatsApp your pizza/dessert/breakfast order with your car reg and they’ll bring it over. We personally had a BBQ but the food looked incredible.

Lots of animals on site to pet and see. Goats, donkeys, chickens, pigs etc. All very well kept and cared for.

The site itself is away from traffic, only 10 pitches and so so peaceful. A morning cuppa with nothing but silence, Mountain View’s and calm.

10/10 would recommend. Already wanting to re-book!

I actually can’t complain about anything.

We had a lovely stay at Cae glas, it’s set in the beautiful Brecon beacon mountains next to the sleeping Giant with spectacular views. The hosts only accepted limited amounts of tents so no overcrowding and lots of space, this is still a working farm with lots of animals for the kids to see, and also some great walks. The hosts offer home made pizzas and breakfasts which were stunning and reasonable on price as well as the hire of fire pits with logs. The most important part is how clean the toilet and showers block was on site which have been built to a very nice modern standard. We will be going back here on a regular basis as it’s a hidden gem in the beacons.

Fantastic campsite with the most amazing view over the valley, a lovely hot shower and clean toilets, pizza delivered to our campervan and great location near to waterfalls and hikes, we will definitely be back!
