Both requests were ignored making catering as a family very difficult and we spent a week trying to keep our grandson away from the river

I highly recommend Bryn Gloch for anyone looking to enjoy nature and adventure with their family.

We loved the little dog walk on site that follows the river, very peaceful. Great to have fire pits on a site like this and rental charges and wood were very reasonable.
Unbeliebt: Would be even better if we could select the pitch on arrival as we were near the park which was very noisy and as we didn’t have young children it wasn’t the best location for us. This is a small dislike as site was fantastic.

Thank you for your comments, we agree the team here at Bryn Gloch are really friendly and will go out of their way to help guests.
We would like to take this opportunity to respond to your dislikes:
1. The weather over the bank holiday in May was awful and the Park was wet in places hence we closed off multiple pitches.
2. The Park can be noisy when full and although we ask all guests to abide by the rules and the quiet times, not all do.
3. We have a small freezer on the Park for freezer blocks only.
4. There are 5 facility blocks on the Park so is one is busy it is a short walk to the next block.
5. We try to accommodate all guest requests but when busy it is difficult to meet all, especially when different pitch types are booked as they are not necessarily together.
6. We did offer as a good will gesture to offer alternative accommodation at a later date in the season, which you accepted and stayed in one of our Static Caravans.
