The showers are spotless clean and constant hot water could not fault this beautiful site and also Paul who is Michelle’s helping hand is such a lovely kind man. I recommend this to anybody the views are breath taking aswell. It was like home from home. Perfect

So very disappointed with your review having mostly received 10/10 for our reviews and especially only receiving 6/10 for cleanliness when our toilet block is kept immaculate. We cant however clean the shower after every guest we do leave disposable cloths out and ask guests to rub around the tray and leave clean for the next guest - i can only surmise that you were unlucky and the previous guest had not done this? The facilities we have been designed on advice of the council and were the recommended guidelines for up to 15 pitches and most caravans have their own facilities.
For only being a small site we have lots of facilities more than some larger sites. We have a games room with free pool and table tennis tables, table football games books toys TV DVD, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, sofa table and chairs , use of a washer and dryer. Each pitch has a picnic table and partitioned from the next pitch, 3 pitches are fully serviced and 2 pitches are fully fenced with gated access for dogs and small children. We also have a dog field and park with swings and slide, swing ball and see saw, 2 play houses and on top of that we bring out all of the animals for our guests to interact with along with donkey rides none of which we charge for.
I really do not know what extra we can do for customer service - we show everyone to their pitch and give them a full tour of our site and tell guests they can contact us at anytime if they have any problems.
I realise that we cant please everyone and can only hope that future guests will read past this review and take into account all of our 10/10 reviews we have received previously.
We do take reviews like this very personally as our site is our passion and we take very seriously making our guests stay with us as enjoyable as possible.
