Booking and checking in no issues The pods were great beds comfortable and clean they get hot tho so recommend you take a fan in warm weather , we was a group family booking of 6 adults and 7 young children ranging from 4 months to 7 years plus 2 teenagers at 13 we found the pod area great being close together helped and the children loved the freedom of it and was safe for them to play outside nice and relaxing area not to far from toilet block or complex if you want to use it parking near by as well there is a community area with bbq and fire pit plus garden furniture but we didn’t make use of it as we had our own
the play park was good as was swimming pool we had amazing weather to be able to sit outside and make the most of the pods definitely recommend and would return

Would of liked opportunity to check in earlier especially with younger children as 4pm is quite late and although u have pass if earlier can’t use swimming pool so it is just the play park or arcade/club which can be expensive with a few children and if on a budget and in very hot weather like we had wasn’t a lot of shade 3 tables only had shade and these were being used which for a park that size isn’t good plus most places do give u this opportunity at cost which is always handy
Washing up area needs bit of TLC and a bin as plugs constantly blocked with bits of food
Play park needs a baby swing
Food & drink over priced but we only used club once as we enjoyed the pods so much

Pool was nice, Arcade was fairly priced, good location not far the beach and shops if you drive.

Washing up area seems like had been cleaned year ago, really brings the whole campsite down, everywhere else is pretty clean.

Such a lovey place to chill, the Glamping pod was perfect the resident hedgehog came to say hello every night.
All the staff on site were very friendly and helpful would definitely come back.

The temperature was very hot for our stay the pods got very hot shame you could only open one window the other was fixed, it was very uncomfortable for sleeping in those temperatures

The pod was super cute. Seating area and bbq area in the middle. The park itself was so clean and well maintained. Shower block, pool area and bar area. The staff where very friendly.

Bar food wasn't great at all for the prices charged.

I love the pods. They’re lovely to stay in for a short break. The price I paid was great too as we had an inset day and it’s much cheaper to go on an inset weekend for us.

The location is great for exploring Kent. We went to Whitstable and absolutely loved it there. A great spot for crabbing! We went to Hearne bay which was great for the arcades if that’s your thing. They also have a pier but it was closed by the time we got there. Reculver tower, Richborough Roman fort, Whitstable castle, Margate beach, Margate shell grotto and Ramsgate are all within a 20 minute drive and are great places to visit.

The door handle was loose and the handle came off. The door locked perfectly so it wasn’t a huge deal. The USB is still faulty despite me reporting it last year, we stayed in the same cabin and the issue hadn’t been fixed 9 months later. A few ants came in so I reported that. Not been a problem before.

My biggest issue is the double bed mattress is so hard I have had a bad back since I stayed which started after the first night. If you suffer with back issues then I would avoid. I probably won’t stay in the pod again here purely because of the mattress

The pods were great. No frills but clean, attractive and well located.
All the guests in the pods were very social which was lovely.
The shower / toilet block was close (150m) to our pod which was the furthest of them all. It was clean and smelt good.
The swimming pool was clean and well attended by staff. The sessions are 45mins at a time and book up quickly on the day so I’d suggest booking on arrival.
Bar / restaurant was large, and menu was fine. Arcade was decent.
Mini golf course is basic but lots of fun. Lots of nice pubs, restaurants and beaches close by.
All staff I encountered were polite and friendly. Especially at reception.
Breakfast very nice

Several of the arcade machines didn’t work or swallowed money and no efforts seemed to be made to turn them off / rectify that.
One evening when we ordered food, they said there was a half hour wait, but food took more than an hour to arrive and when it did, was overcooked.
I think the check in and out times for the pods were both too extreme. 10am leaving and 4pm earliest arrival. Maybe they could be an hour lenient later in the morning and earlier in the afternoon.

Very friendly staff and very helpful when needed. Lots of information to hand

Toilet and showers small

Facilities were perfect. It was also dog friendly which we loved.

Drink prices at the bar were extremely over priced - even for a holiday park.
