Thank you for your feedback. We have had email communication with you regarding this matter and have explained our position. As previously mentioned, we do not operate a curtailment policy, meaning the decision to leave was entirely your own.
Regarding the incident, while we understand the situation may have been distressing, the comments about a child attacking others and being abusive are exaggerated. Please be reassured that we have plenty of staff and managers on site, including a manager available on our 24/7 phone line, as well as three evening customer service/security personnel who managed the situation appropriately and effectively.
It's important to note that, as reflected in our reviews, 90% of guests would recommend us and 90% would visit us again, with an overall score of 9.1. I am sorry that your experience didn't meet this on this occasion, however we do appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thanks for the great review! We're thrilled you had a fab time during your stay and enjoyed the pools, entertainment, and the shop’s prices (we do love a good deal!). As for that sloping ground—ah yes, Mother Nature does have her quirks, but we’ll give her a little nudge for next time!

Sorry to hear that the Wi-Fi didn't work for you - we offer free Wi-Fi in our Jetty restaurant and Starlight bar, with Wi-Fi in other areas of the park available for purchase through our provider - LPIS. I will certainly feedback your comments with the Wifi not working during your stay so that we can try to improve this for future visits.
