Thanks so much for review - delighted to hear you found the park clean and well maintained and liked our friendly staff. I'm sorry to hear you had some issues with the Wi-fi, our supplier is usually able to help with any issues, so I hope that you were able to contact them and find a fix. Thanks for your feedback on our Jetty menu - we do work hard to offer a variety of items on the menu whilst being mindful to use the best possible local ingredients where we can and ensure that our food is of the best quality. I've passed your comments on to our Jetty team for future planning.

Thank you for your review - I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed our view, facilities and found the staff to be please, but I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the pitch location.
We do our best to accommodate guests needs prior to arrival, however I cannot see a note on the file that you requested a pitch close to the facilities. Once you arrive, our reception team will always do our best to move you pitches if possible, subject to availability for your dates and chosen pitch type. I am sorry that we weren't able to do this during your stay, and I do hope that you may change your mind and we'll be lucky enough to welcome you back in the future to enjoy our stunning location and view. Should this be the case, please do let us know if you have a preferred area or pitch on booking.
