I got pitched up near to the road and I think there were some spaces vacant with an amazing view.

Unbeliebt: Not a lot for the children to do when raining… no indoor activities. Bar didn’t open until 6.30 and smaller bar not until 4.30 so if the weather was bad there was no where to go…

I'm sorry to hear that you found there wasn't much to do when it was raining. During the main season, we do offer daytime activities including Make a Bear, Sand Art, Pottery Painting and Circus Skills which are all indoors in our Starlight bar. We also have a soft play - although I appreciate this may be a little small for your grandson! We will certainly take your comments on board as we strive to improve the experience for all our guests and plan for future seasons.

Tourers are also second class citizens at Beverley Park, DO NOT make the mistake we (and every van that entered the afternoon we arrived did) of following the directions and committing to turn left into the car park to check in!!
The parks own staff seem happy to abandon their liveried site vans and vehicles in the bays required by tourers to get in and out smoothly, meaning you turn into a dead end of a car park and are immediately in a ‘sticky situation’!
Not how you want to feel 30 seconds after landing on site.
This was not a one-off, the fleet remained there throughout our stay.
Huge site, lots of vans, lots of people, all the facilities of a holiday camp, and at the high end of pricing because of it.
Multiple signs, posters and even fliers handed to us, advertising the ‘Trade-In your tourer’ scheme against a static van or lodge at Beverley Park.
No, sorry not for us, we will not be back.

As you visited during an especially busy Easter weekend, I’m sorry to hear that your arrival experience wasn’t up to the standard we aim for and that you encountered issues in the car park. I completely understand how frustrating that must have been. I’ve passed your feedback about signage and staff vehicle placement to the relevant teams so we can make improvements going forward.
We are a family-run park, and we understand how important holiday time is so a relaxing environment is what we aim for, whilst guests make the most of our beautiful sea views and wide range of facilities. We love welcoming touring guests and also like to share the option of upgrading to a holiday home for more frequent breaks. That said, we completely respect that many tourers are passionate about their setups, and I’m sorry if this felt overwhelming— we’ll definitely take your comments on board.
I’m sorry to hear that you wouldn’t consider returning, but I hope you might reconsider in the future as we’re always working to make the experience better for every guest.
