Unbeliebt: The arcade was a complete rip off ! One pound a go for most games and for a couple of tickets that you exchange for sweets or gifts but you need to spend over ten pounds to get a 20pence chew ! The odd ten pence machines but no two pence ones , my grandkids was not happy and neither was the parents handing over all that money for a couple of 20p chews , complete rip off compared to other campsite arcades

Unbeliebt: It's abit hilly for walking around with breathing issues but this wasn't an issue anyway as I was able to drive around the site and there was plenty of parking available down at the complex and up at the shop.

Thank you for recommending us to families with children or dogs it means a lot. We totally understand that entertainment options may be more geared toward younger families, but it’s great to hear you still appreciated the atmosphere.
We also appreciate your feedback about walks from the site. While there are some scenic routes a short drive away due to our coastal location unfortunately there are no options directly from the site.

We do understand the hill to the beach can be a bit of a challenge, especially for guests with back problems, and we really appreciate you sharing that feedback. We’ll continue to look for ways to make the park as accessible as possible.
Regarding the WiFi charges in your caravan but we do offer free WIFI whilst in our main complex but we will feedback to the management team.

Unbeliebt: Our first night camping we were woken up at various times with drunk adults walking past, singing and shouting.
Second night was even worse as one drunk man fell into our tent were our children were sleeping. He not only scared the hell out of us and the kids he also broke one of our tent poles.
When this was brought up to the lady on reception she did apologise but seemed more fussed about trying to get us to stay at their other site which apparently is a lot quieter but doesn't have the facilities this one does. Having 2 children was the reason we picked this site for the facilities. It doesn't seem there is any park security at night to ensure things like this dont happen. The guy was so drunk and had clearly been drinking on the site bar. He also smashed 2 bottles next to our tent so had obviously been given a carry out from the bar.
Overall really disappointed. We'd stayed in May and had a few issues with people playing music till the early hours but put it down to a one off and rebooked for summer. We really hoped this would be a site we would return to year after year and bring other family members with us but unfortunately after this experience, the kids being scared to death and the fact we will now have to try and buy new tent poles we will not rebook again. Was also told a member from the antisocial team would call and didn't hear from anyone.

We are currently reviewing our night-time security procedures and bar policies to ensure incidents like this are prevented in the future.
We also apologise that no one from the antisocial behaviour team followed up as promised. This is being looked into internally to understand where the communication breakdown occurred, as we take guest reports of such incidents very seriously.
While we understand your decision not to return, we hope you’ll consider this message as a sign that your feedback is being taken seriously and is prompting real action. If you’re open to discussing the matter further or if you’d like to share any additional details, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We still hold up on our offer to refund the cost of your tent poles, damaged in this incident and express our regret for the experience.
Once again, we apologise for the upset caused and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Although we could be a bit biased we have to agree the views are stunning at the park
