Very friendly staff, very accommodating. Upgraded us from the Bell tent to the lodge due to people causing damage the night before and went above and beyond for us. Quality fishing lake full of carp, I caught over 60 fish in total, a mixture of Tench, Carp and Bream with 1x 10lb Carp and 2x 2lb Tench in that mixture. Very peaceful environment.

Fabulous location just below Carreg Cennen Castle. Great for walking through woods to castle. Very picturesque and the host was very friendly and accomodating.

Lovely location, peaceful and lovely walks up to Carreg Cennen Castle

This is a small and quiet site. It overlooks the owners’ tranquil fishing lake and the surrounding countryside including Castell Carreg Cennen . The pitch we had was on hard standing and was of a good size. Ian who works there was very friendly . The shower and toilet facilities were very basic but all in working order, and a new shower block is nearing completion.
Locally there are few facilities. The nearby pub in Trap has closed. The nearest cafe is at the castle just over a mile away, and the closest shops we could find were in Llandeilo. We had 2 peaceful nights at this site. Be aware there is no WiFi, but that is clear on the website.

Warm welcome soon as you arrive from very helpful and nice owners, always on hand if you needed anything and happy to answer any questions and tell you about local area.
Lovely peaceful lake with plenty of fish caught, perfect way to spend the day relaxing.
New toilet block will be finished in a couple of weeks but the toilet/shower block that is currently there is always kept clean and tidy. More than adequate for what you need!
Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning, thank you!
