Incredible setting. Lovely, accommodating hosts who helped with our bags down to the dome when we arrived and had balloons and a birthday banner waiting. Wood fired hot tub in your own woodland clearing is amazing which Chris cleans each day. The dome was warm and very comfortable. So quiet and peaceful. Will definitely look to return soon and try out some of the other accommodation.

The site itself was enough for a 5 star review - idillic location amongst the trees - but Chris made it a wonderful stay for us. Daily water changes in the wood fired hot tub, plenty of amenities, and incredibly helpful, friendly service. We stayed in the Barn Owl Cabin for 2 nights, it was very clean and comfortable - honestly couldn't fault it, can't wait to return.

We liked everything from the moment we arrived. Chris kindly helped us with taking our stuff to the pod. The pod is located in a peaceful place called owl. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and recommend it to others as well. The pod is equipped with essential kitchen gears, a hob, a cool box, and a bbq. The hot tub is also a brilliant plus.

We loved the setting, away from other holiday makers.
The tent was much bigger and more comfortable than we were expecting.
The nightly hot tub - which retained its heat overnight for a warm dip in the morning was greatly enjoyed by us all.
We liked having the barbecue AND the campfire (for roasting marshmallows for dessert).
The nightly sounds of the river and owls and other wildlife was lovely too.
The owner and his family were very friendly, helpful and obliging.
We felt that we were staying in the wild countryside, but supermarkets, the beach and other attractions (such as 'The Big Sheep') were all within a short drive.

We liked everything about the cabin at owl valley. Very friendly owners who made us feel welcome and drove our belongings down to the cabin for us at the beginning and then back to our car at the end of our stay. The lodge was lovely and cosy and really warm. The sounds of the stream is really relaxing and the whole site is beautiful. A perfect getaway to retreat for a while and relax. We’ll be back, definitely. Thank you for creating a lovely space.
