the pods were basic but nice, a beautiful farm views to die for

Ease of access from A road. Lots of diverse dwelling types to stay in. From tents to pods to static units to tourer caravans to log cabin type. Excellent communal heated room with basic cooking facilities eg. Microwave, kettle toaster. Also a seperate room to use your own gas stove. All undercover from the par for the coursetorrential rain. Tv too with basic channels for us Strictly fans.

Get early in showers they get cooler as with use.

We loved the community room, this was so handy, to meet other people in our group in the bad weather, we sat and had a coffee, got warm did a jigsaw, ideal for escaping from the weather, Great for making toast and warming up a meal. Very good idea we would deffinately recommend the campsite , lovely facilities, very clean and helpful at reception.

There was nothing I didn't like, you are about 15 mins drive from Keswick or a good walk if you fancy that.

Location, Facilities, Size of pitch, Communal room, Friendly staff, Tidiness, View.

Showers/Toilets didn't seem to get cleaned very often. Shower water temperature variable even when quiet. Wooden walkways slippery when wet. Sloping pitches.

Fantastic site - facilities were excellent with a Great communal area which we used quite often for breakfasts given the typical lakes rain, it was easy to cook there! Great for dogs too and an actual dog walking area. Lovely views and equidistant to Keswick and Penrith

WiFi was not very good but didn’t bother me as I enjoy not having any signal!

Friendly staff. Jump started my car for me after I foolishly left the battery on while pitching up.

One of the best accommodation I have been in my time, even if it is just a Pod, was amazing.
Very good structure, well ventilation, power sockets and heating if you ever needed.

Location wise, is so easy to find and the infrastructure on the Gill Head Camping site is well lit and sufficient services for you to use (toilets, showers, main social communal areas, etc etc.

Commutation with Gill head Farm management was incredible easy and very professional and polite at all times, they just want to help you in everything possible.

TBH, I have no complains, maybe we could have a disable toilet cubicle installed

Weather was raining, but you can blame them for this 🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️😞

Beautiful setting, lovely site, lots of facilities and friendly owners.

Not dislikes at all, but I would recommend going well stocked with food and drink, just in case the local pub is closed!
