Our pitch was in really easy access to facilities. Great facilities and great views of the area. Good location for local area.

Not a criticism of the site but the fridge has mouldy smelly fly ridden food which I had to remove to our own food in. Shouldn’t be up to the site owners… just lazy people who can’t be bothered to throw say food before they leave.

Very noisy due to location next to the A66.

Toilet facilities were relatively clean could be cleaned more often and more thoroughly.

Beautiful clean cabin would recommend to anyone.really relaxing with friendly staff.
Got visited by red squirrels daily .The cabin was very secluded.

Could hear traffic from dual carriageway but did not distract from beauty of place.

The view from the tent pitch is unreal. Facilities were clean and modern.

Wifi would be nice. I never saw anyone in reception, we just pitched when we arrived and left a few days later.

Beautiful location, extremely well maintained site and facilities and very helpful staff. Dark skies if you're a stargazer, we were lucky enough to witness what appeared to be a meteor shower. Would thoroughly recommend.

If I had to write one it would be 15 mins drive to nearest town to the shops (Keswick)
