Caring campsite

Wonderful location, facilitys cleaned daily, toilets and showers coded so that public can't use as to not spoil for the camp users, river on site is just beautiful and a great way to cool down especially the dog on a summers day.

It's on a public pathway (hike route) but this didn't bother us as not many walk through anyway.

It was a lovely small site and some lovely walks the village was lovely too, showers and toilets spotless

Nothing

Clean and tidy campsite. Pitches are spaced out nicely to give everyone enough room to enjoy sitting out without feeling as though you are intruding or being watched. Shared facilities are cleaned regularly. Owners are friendly, helpful and very approachable.

The toilets and showers were frequently cleaned by a very friendly owner. Each pitch had a fire pit and picnic table. Very affordable too

We had a fantastic week camping at Caldbeck camp site very friendly and helpful staff. Shower and toilet facilities very clean and checked throughout the day lovely relaxing, peaceful and well maintained camp site plenty of walks straight off the site also a pub, 2 coffee shops and a general store with in 5mins from the site what more could you want enjoyed every minute.

Nothing to dislike about our experience, loved every minute.

Lovely site, beautiful view by the stream. Toilets and shower block very clean and private. Perfect ground for pitching up and lovely little village surrounding. Would recommend the local pub for a nice meal.
