Very friendly staff, great range of activities (and there was no charge to borrow tennis rackets to use the courts!). Pitch was a good size, fairly level, easy to check in and pitch up

We were in quite a noisy middle area

Camping lovely ,grass amazing looking very well after grass, showers and toilets regular cleaning, hot water in shower a little bit fun (cold and then start running very hot)but not big problem,on site nice little shop ,prices very acceptable, in hot weather swimming pool water ok ,but if no sunshine then cold (i think is not heated)park nice and quiet

Every hour we had to leave the swimming pool. They wanted to test the water. After a quater we could return.

The cleanliness of the facilities. The kids loved the swimming pool and how it was monitored by the lifeguards. Easy booking in on the day, they sent me the pitch number and code to enter.
The shop was quite well stocked for the essentials.

Washing in the washing up area could be improved.

We had beautiful weather which helped. The park has managed to get a great balance between there being lots of facilities for the children, whilst still maintaining a lovely peaceful campsite which is not commercial at all. The pool was great and very well organised. Lots of other sports available, football, table tennis, basketball, tennis courts and even beach volleyball. All of which the children enjoyed. Good shower, toilet facilities. Helpful staff and nice little shop

Facilities was clean and swimming pool extremely pleasant in the hot sun. All staff introduced themselves always offered to help if needed.

Pitch was fine.

Noisy neighbours, music till gone 3am from somewhere (loud)
Neighbour lit a charcoal BBQ which filled our caravan with smoke all night, then lit some wood and sat toasting marshmallows which again filled our caravan with smoke and soot!
Too hot to close our windows!
Toilet facilities too far away.
Too many kids that ran around all the pitches including ours.
Neighbours across from us had too dogs which were left to wander off.
Shower and toilets littered with toilet paper on floor and full of kids with parents including slightly older boys in there.

Outdoor pool was an ideal size for my 7 and 8 year old.

The women’s shower room was clean enough.

Advertised an indoor pool but it’s not actually on site it’s a 20 min drive.

Pitches are tightly squeezed together luckily no one was on pitch 14 or we would have been to close to comfort.

Also you can’t keep your car on your pitch I have never been to a campsite where you don’t keep your car next to you, you have to drive it in to the car park I found that a pain having a small car.

We camped mid-week in early July and whilst busy, the campsite and everyone else staying there was quiet and considerate. Thank you fellow campers.
Quiet - no road noise.
The lady on reception was very friendly and very helpful.
A nice shop selling an adequate selection of food if you need it.
The local town Wimborne Minster is beautiful.
We paid £10 a night for our tent pitch as it was pre-school holidays, a bargain considering what the campsite had to offer.

The showers:
Inconsistent temperature - warm-hot-warm-hot.
I guess that is how they keep costs down.
Sinks and loos were spotless, but the showers could do with a good weekly clean of the windows, sills and a wipe down of the dividing walls.
Considering how well run and beautifully kept the campsite is, I was suprised.
