The open space around my motor home.
The swimming pool was amazing.
The restaurant was very good and tasty.
The night life was very good and all the staff worked very hard.
The kids enjoyed the arcade and the entertainment.

My pitch was next to the road and was very noisy and we did ask for a pitch near the toilets and shower, although it was OK for me my wife and child would not walk that distance.

There were many pitches available next to the facilities all week.

My daughter came down to see me with my grandchildren, when I asked about them coming on site the first member of staff said it would be no problem and to come back when we knew which day it would be.

The day they came I went back to reception to arrange passes and the member of staff was not very helpful, I was instructed to go on line to do this, I did not have a good internet signal so went on the sites internet, I struggled to do this, possibly as I did not have my glasses.

The member of staff still did not help me and was very rude and unhelpful.

Reception was not busy and after a long time I was given passes very reluctantly… A very easy process made very hard by this individual.

Also the ground men had petrol grass trimmers, the exhaust came straight into our motor home, I know this has to be carried out, but it needs to be an electric one when working by people.

The size of the site is amazing plus the size of the pitch lovely area with lots to do near by and also love the fact you can order food to the camper will definitely be back

Wonderful stay.Great food in all eateries, Wish I had brought our 6 year old grandson as there is so much for him to do .The only disappointment was the bingo .Would have preferred inhouse than Links. Fantastic place for families

The flatness of the pitches. Entertainment was on if you wanted it. Price was good. Easy access to bus stops.

Prices are more expensive than general pubs and shops. But it’s what you expect from holiday destinations.

This is the second time we’ve been this year last time we could stay on site until 2pm at no extra charge. This time I asked they wanted £15 to stay until 11.30.
I didn’t pay it. But what a way to make some extra money.
Make sure you check out different sites for the amount you pay. Ours was far less on pitch up than park dean were charging.
WiFi is none existent away from the centre.

Everything also how safe you feel with security patrolling. Friendly staff night place to park your motorhome.

The main complex was very good and the food and staff in the restaurant was first class.

Very poor shower and toilet block on the dog pitch field. Plus the roads were just gravel instead of tarmac. We felt like second class citizens compared to the static caravans. Come on parkdean, spend some money!!

The pitch was nothing like the image on the website. Very built up with static caravans. Site facilities are a little tired and grubby. Lots of the activities advertised on the website were not running or available at the time of our stay which was disappointing. Quite noisy as we could hear the road from our pitch, even late at night and early morning.
