Everything about the site, it is a great location for exploring all of Cornwall. The facilities were excellent.

I absolutely loved this site , the facilities were immaculate and clean. The staff were friendly and the location of the site is great. The swimming pool, bar, cafe and shop are all luxuries to have on the site with everything you need if you don’t want go leave. However Newquay is only a short drive away with lots to do and lovely coast bars restaurants and beaches. As a young couple we had an electric hookup on the top field with plenty of sunshine and bbq’s! Our neighbours were great and friendly. This site caters for all family’s with and young children , solo campers and couples like ourselves. Would definitely recommend and will be going back for sure 😁

One lady in reservations wasn’t very helpful. Dare I say a more mature sounding lady. Hope that was ok. When asked what do I do if I possibly arrive after 8pm as I have experienced this due to bad traffic her response was find a hotel😳. Not helpful at all. Also when I tried booking just 3 nights directly over the phone with her she said I could only book 5 nights as they can be selective during the summer. I went straight on line and booked 3 nights. Seems someone can spoil the hard efforts that others put in. Will not stop us returning as one person will not ruin my hard earned break.

We found a right gem. Beautiful site which was lovely and clean and facilities were superb. Had a lovely week with family and friends. Kids loved the swimming pool which was heated added bonus. The entertainment was fun, we enjoyed bingo ,quiz night. Shop on site had everything you needed even camping equipment. The cafe was lovely and had a great breakfast which was good value for money 😊

There were only couple of small things that could be revised. You at to pay for the Wi-Fi and check out could be a little later than 10 am but that wouldn’t put me of from coming again.

Quiet, small, clean and worth it for the showers alone.
Treloy is stunning! We really loved being here with friendly staff and clean, spacious pitches.

Treloy is hands down one of the best sites I have stayed at. The way the pitches are terraced & have hedges dividing them really gives a cosy & private feel even on such a big site. The main facilities block is one of the best I have seen. 3 washers & dryers meant that when the kids fell in the mud there was always a machine free to get things cleaned up. The family shower rooms are great - they are reserved for families with toddlers (which would have been amazing when mine were that little) but I confess did take my 9yr old in there one evening after she’d had one of the mud-falls mentioned above and grazed her leg badly - the showerheads in there detach so I could really get the cuts clean. The main showers are gold standard too. The only thing that would improve them is some music piped in. (Stayed at a lot of sites with radio in the loos this year so have been spoilt!) The pool was brilliant for the kids, and the closing time of 7pm meant we could even nip up for a quick swim after a day out. The cafe on site is also very reasonable, and we had a really good tea there one evening & my daughter was addicted to the breakfast pancakes. We can also recommend the smoothies & milkshakes in the shop. The staff were all fantastic, and it wasn’t a rowdy site so by 10-11pm all was quiet and we could hear the wildlife (including a fox screaming one night that scared the kids!) The visit from owl sanctuary one day was also a great little extra. I can’t say enough good things about this site honestly. I wish it was nearer to us so we could stay there all the time. Phone signal on EE was poor, slightly better on the Sky mobile ipad we have, & can’t comment on site WiFi as it didn’t reach our pitch. Wonderful week, will definitely return.

The secondary toilet block (with just loos) only has one sink, and I queued to wash my hands a couple of times, but it is spotlessly clean & well maintained and saves the walk to the main block for a wee in the middle of the night!

This site is the best I’ve ever stayed in, showers and toilets were immaculately clean and the shower and the hot water facilities were amazing. Toilets and showers were continuously checked on and clean.
The swimming pool was lovely and warm.
Facilities were great with a fantastic playground area for the children and no amusement arcades, which I think he is a very good idea. As for people on a budget. It stops the children from wanting to be able to play on the machines. The staff were great, extremely helpful.

My only concern was that all those signs said about no smoking or glass around the pool area. There were still people smoking and drinking out of glass bottles around the pool. I think that needs to be slightly stricter rules around the pool area as well as beds being saved when people were not even in the Pool area at the time.
Had breakfast in the café one day which was a 2 out of 10. It was literally like the whole breakfast had been thrown into a deep fat fryer and I’m guessing she was a manager, seemed extremely put out when we interrupted her eating her toast and marmalade, when placing the order with the girl on the till. The café was the only disappointment of the entire site and I would strongly recommend anyone not to waste their money on having a breakfast there. Hopefully management will read this and rectify the issues addressed and employ somebody who can cook a tasty breakfast.

Very family friendly. My son loved the pool and park. Everything you need and more. Great location and can go anywhere you want 😎
