The staff were so friendly and helpful the cleanliness of the facilities the showers where immaculate beautiful grounds flower boarders were very well kept fantastic nature walks

Was not to keen on the food from the site cafe but that is just an opinion on different tastes

The facilities are excellent here. Swimming pool, bar, toilets and showers, wash up room, laundrette, café and so on. Even small details, like the washing machines have an integral washing powder supply, so you don't even need bring your own. The site is well laid out, pitchs are a good size, there's a nature walk with a lovely pond, everything is just really well done.

One small niggle and one big niggle.
Small niggle - for some reason the showers in the ladies were lovely and hot (so my wife reported) but in the mens they were alternated between warm and cold, mid shower - quite irritating.
Big niggle - there was a local festival on, Boardmasters. Apparently this takes place every year at this time, and the cars parking for the festival queue directly down the road to the camp. This means you can be trapped in traffic coming in and out of the camp, for literally hours. The camp owners know about the festival, and it would be helpful if they would warn campers about it in advance. At least one of our neighbouring campers went home early because they could not get about the local area; and possibly because of the loud music into the early hours!

Took our granddaughter here for four nights, she loved the heated pool and park and said it’s the best camp site we have taken her too!! We liked the shower blocks which appeared to be new and had been cleverly designed with several family sized cubicals. The heated pool was great with plenty of sun beds and a decent changing / toilet block. The on site cafe was great too, all food freshly cooked and decent sized portions at a reasonable cost. All on site facilities were well maintained and regularly cleaned. Will definitely be returning to Treloy again!

Great facilities, always available and clean even when the park appeared to be at full capacity. Appreciated the fresh pastry van in the morning too. Would highly recommend.

Pretty much everything - the toilet /shower block was amazing , especially the family units which contained a toilet , si k and a shower in one. Playground was great, prices werent over the top. Definitely can reccomend !

I guess i could mention you have to pay for wifi , however you can't have everything !

Loved everything about this park, the pitches were lovely and big. The facilities were amazing and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The park was absolutely spotless.
Could not fault our stay at Treloy Park. Would love to bring our grandchildren here one day, they would love it here.

Very clean well maintained site with modern facilities. Excellent shower and toilet block.

Our stay unfortunately coincided with the boardmasters festival and the site entrance is on the narrow lane leading to the main parking / pick up drop off point for the 2024 festival. Some days the lane was very busy with cars and buses from early morning to evening. On the first day of the festival it took us over an hour to get back to the site from Newquay. At other times, before and after the festival, there was a lot of festival construction traffic (lorries / tradesmen) using the lane. That said, it was not the fault of the campsite, just unfortunate that our pitch was also on that side of the campsite.

All in all a really excellent site with super friendly staff!

The only this was that the WiFi didn't seem to work and there was no data or mobile reception on the bottom half of the site.
