Great location and facilities. Very helpful staff. We needed few extra 50p coins for the showers (we ran out on day 1 😀)and the gentleman drove all the way from home to open the shop and get us the change, even though the shop was closed.

Excellent site. The pitches are well serviced and of a very generous size, well spaced and all in quiet locations.

Loved the showers, very hot and amazingly clean. Loved that there was a dog exercise area so they could be off the lead, this makes a big difference to an relaxing holiday. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Amazing views too.

Absolutely everything, the pod was always toasty and warm, it holds the heat in so well. The showers and facilities were always super clean, and the views from our pod were fabulous. We loved how peaceful our stay was and how friendly we found everyone to be. Thank you, for a great stay, we will be back next Christmas.

Stayed one night in a pod as a base for a couple of winter hikes. With the heater on it was nice and warm and there were clean and spacious facilities in the main building. And only £30.

A quiet, peaceful campsite. It was very well maintained and organised. The management team answered my emails very promptly and efficiently. The toilets were the best I’ve experienced. We will be back to look at the beautiful views.

Never saw the reception/shop unlocked (late season few customers?).
Showers by 50p worked very well but couldn't get 50p's because the reception was closed (out everyday walking, out early back late, so no opportunity to go elsewhere for change - we should have taken enough!!).
Wi-fi was there but wouldn't stay connected, never actually received internet (metal body campervan maybe ?) - used phone 4g internet.

Excellent site a short drive from the Three Yorkshire Peaks & Settle. Stayed in one of the pods. Enough room for a couple of camp beds and still have room to sit and eat. Even winter sun warms the hut up nicely and the heater made the hut very warm and cosy when it wasn't. Only feedback I would give is to suggest a hook in the middle of the ceiling so you can hang your own light. The toilet facilities are faultless (the best I've seen) though you will need a 50p for the shower (worth it). There is a shop on site but is not fully manned from November (you need to ring a number if you need anything - the staff are very friendly though so won't be a problem). Apparently, during the summer they also do cooked food. The nearest pub/restaurant is 2k away in Austwick (an easy walk, but be careful crossing the A65). Will definitely be going back.
