It is very close to the 417, so there was traffic noise, but not too bad..
The dog walking areas were very small

We liked the field where we could let our dog off.

It was not what we expected. It was very cramped and nothing like the pictures advertised. The pitch was very difficult to get onto even though we had a motor mover due to the pitches being steep.
Instead of our pitch feeling open we felt very squashed in and over looking very dirty caravans that had been there a long time.
We were pleased to be only staying one night.

Very warm welcome on arrival. Very friendly, gave all the information we needed clear and concise.

Excellent facilities for dogs including plenty of dog bin.
The pitch was a good size, liked the way it was laid out with hard standing area for the vehicle with grass for awning. It was well maintained (as was the whole site).

Excellent facilities. Spotless shower and toilet block. Temporary manager, Paula couldn't do enough to help us and explained everything so well (it was our first time camping). Would definitely return

Facilities, lay out of the site. We had a fully serviced pitch which was great. Felt secure with the coded gate.

If you prefer quiet at night then the road noise is noticeable. This wouldn’t stop me from using the site again. But could be an issue for some.

Friendly staff. Nice ablutions. Convenient bus stops outside campsite. Great location. Nearby pubs & supermarkets. Well thought out information room with library.

This site is the best organised and presented site I have stayed at in a long time.
The layout, facilities, information leaflets and organisation pre, during and post our stay have been first class.
Extremely clean. Friendly. Respectful. Beautiful area.

Excellent site large pitch on good quality hard standing with Electric and water at the pitch
Toilet shower block immaculate with radio playing in background nice touch
Washing up area is inside with plenty of hot water again music in background made it feel nice and homely excellent customer service from staff members
And little shop in Reception
