Campsite clean and tidy and organised. Good showers and toilet facilities with Radio 2 playing!
Information given was accurate eg sloping grass pitches so we were prepared

Our fully serviced pitch was large and flat in sunny spot. Little shop in reception has essentials. Bus stop just outside site with frequent service. Cirencester is a charming town with lots to see and just short bus ride away.

Toilet and shower block was a reasonable walk for us but those on more remote pitches quite a distance. The showers and floors let it down. Shower curtains not ideal, water temperature inconsistent, drainage poor, floors were always wet throughout toilet block. If something better than an old mop was available
it may have encouraged people to clean up after themselves.

Friendly staff and clean site with lots of character, good disabled facilities.

Lovely pitch, well patrolled. Clean and tidy. Good laundry facilities. Great phone signal. Clean showers and toilets. Great location to Cirencester by bus.

Lack of bins. Woman’s showers were too hot. Mens showers ran cold.

The lady on reception was really friendly and helpful, thank you. Facilities are clean, with the shower being warm and powerful. Good phone reception and convenient location.

We had requested that me and my friend were pitched next to each other , which was confirmed as no problem, unfortunately upon arrival it was shared that this wasn’t now possible due to someone else extending their stay . I was then directed to a pitch that turned out already had an occupant , as we had a tight deadline to get the bus into ciren for a planned event, I parked in the pitch next to it and let reception know . The rude male member of staff then insisted I needed to move as that space was also taken but was not sure on what was actually free or why my booked space was not vacant. I was asked to park in the car park and it would be sorted by time I got back - When I explained we were heading out for drinks and I would not be able to move the van again later , his response was that it’s fine to drink drive on private property!
Eventually after missing the bus , a pitch was found , although I had to keep running up and down the site whilst was being sorted to move van , the guy drove his vehicle ( a lift for the inconvenience would have been a decent gesture. )
As a usual single traveller , def not recommended as an although the mistake was made by the site , it was not dealt with in a professional or friendly manner as was made to feel it was somehow my fault .
