Gorgeous campsite, really clean, perfect for familys with a really good playarea. We loved our stay and the owner was really friendly. We extended our stay an extra day. We will definately go back

I was unable to use the camp site due to hospitalisation with pneumonia.

Unfortunately the proprietors were unable to issue a refund as per T&C's. (I would have)

Lovely simple campsite, grass like carpet - never walked on anything like it. Staff were friendly, constantly working to keep the campsite clean and tidy. It’s a quiet from 11pm rule, during our short stay never had any issues with this. I didn’t have my kids on this stay but I know they would have loved the park.

Great location, it’s 2 miles from st Ives and 6 from Penzance, another 1.5 to mousehole.

This isn’t a reflection of the campsite but there was a young couple across the field who didn’t keep to any of the rules with keeping dog on a lead. The dog had no recall and they didn’t have much control over it. Rightly or wrongly we chose not to report it as it would have been obvious it was us and we didn’t want the confrontation. It won’t stop us going back, I’d definitely return to this site.

The site was very clean and well organised the showers and toilets were very clean and the site was a short distance from saint Ives which was a bonus great taxi service from saint Ives I would highly recommend this site to anyone

Wonderful helpful staff (Harry was very welcoming), and beautiful camping site in a beautiful location, so close to St Ives town centre/beaches. What more can you ask for.

It was our first time visiting Cornwall, it’s beautiful and we will definitely come back again.

The campsite was fantastic. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome, and guided to our pitch.

There is a lovely park for the kids to play, which really helps when you arrive. It gave us time to get our tents up and organised.

The facilities were great, the showers and toilets were kept very clean. The wash room was excellent, with many washers and dryers. There is a fridge and freazer, iron and ironing boards.

I would highly recommend this site to anyone looking to visit Cornwall.

Location is good, taxi into St Ives is between £8.50 and £12.50 depending on who you get.

Showers and toilets were very dated and in desperate need of being replaced. There were some very stinky rooms on the way to the showers too.

Ladies shower and toilet area also had a man in the bathroom brushing his teeth! I suspect because they are poorly signed and men are allowed to use the first 3 cubical but aren’t supposed to go beyond that. All very bizarre really!

Lots of noise on the site and nobody stopping it, despite the rules saying no loud music.

Kids running ferral everywhere - again nobody doing anything about it

Drinking water access tap being used by a group opposite who left it filthy and used it to wash up with. Again nobody doing anything to stop it.

Staff pretty much absent from the site hence it being a free for all.

The cafe room is actually a teeny run down garden shed that was never open.
