As you can see from our reviews the service we offer is of a high service and we take all our customers feedback seriously including those we receive whilst guests are on site, during your stay we received numerous reports of loud music being played until the early hours, we think we are pretty fair with the standard cut of time being 11pm and taking everybody else on site into consideration.
Our rules are also very clear both on Pitch up and on site that if any guests join you there will be an additional charge, We expect our guests to be truthful and honest and not have to find that they have gone behind our backs. I think the rating for customer services is due to the outcome above and feel this is a very unfair approach considering we have a lot of customers to keep happy.

We don't state we have WiFi on site so again an unfair score.

The Facilities we offer are the exact same facilities that we clearly mention when booking, this is something you would read before booking so would know what we offer so again a very unfair approach.

I believe your overall feedback is an outcome of your behaviours rather than a true reflection of the actual site.

This is not the kind of feedback we like to hear and certainly isn’t the kind of service we deliver as you can see from all of our reviews.
Our on site bar is open when the site is busy, as you can probably appreciate the running costs of a business and the current cost of living crisis it just isn’t possible for us to open when potentially one customer
will attend, I hope you agree this is a fair comment.
The reason for there being a cost of £1.00 to use the showers is due to people having showers and just leaving the water turned on, firstly flooding the showers but secondly leaving our business with very large bills for water and electric. We think a £1.00 for 5 minutes is very reasonable and an economical way to ensure that water and electric doesn’t go to waste.
Our dog walking area is currently closed due to major works being carried out to dig out a new pool.
There is however 7 acres of camping field which we believe is more than adequate enough to be able to walk any breed of dog around, we are also surrounded by beautiful countryside with lots of public access walks and Cannock Chase.

We are unsure on your comment regarding WiFi as our specifications don’t state that we provide this so believe this is a very unfair comment to make but we do have very good 4G signal on site.
Regarding your comment about there only being 2 showers, when the site is extremely busy we do bring in extra shower blocks.
