Fabulous well maintained site .
Good hyper market on outskirts to stock up essentials and diesel. Beautiful scenery en route. Castellon en route looked an amazing place.

Dilapidated Town - sad and run down most businesses closed, so would not return.

We were just touring through but stayed a second night. Nice location by the river. A lovely pool. All the necessary facilities all very clean.

As it was off season the cafe overlooking the river was shut and the town was a bit quiet. We may have overlooked the one decent restaurant open so if off season best to ask reception

Very lovely campsite run by a helpful and kind young family. Good place to stop on the way to the Dordogne, peaceful on the river. We had some food on their sunny terrace over looking the river, which was nice. Nice walks.

The village Montpon is not that pretty but has a little supermarket. It’s lovely by the river where the campsite is though .
