The bus into San Sebastián was a good feature although we didn’t use it.?

I paid for a premium site, (water, drainage & electricity) and only got electricity. The pitches were tiny and could not accommodate a caravan, car and awning. When reception was advised of this they shrugged their shoulders and advised us to park the car on the car park circa 800 mtrs away. The receptionist knew when I checked in that there was an issue with the drainage/water supply but still handed me a connection pipe! The pitches are so small you feel like you are packed in like sardines and the photos on the website do not reflect the size of pitch or surroundings- see my photos. I requested a quiet location and was given a pitch which backed onto the “cabins” behind our caravan- the noise from the residents was relentless nearly all night!! Admittedly it was raining however, it was clear that the maintenance of the pitches were low priority as not only were they muddy but as previously mentioned the drainage system wasn’t working. After debating with reception I received a refund for the difference between a pitch with all facilities and a pitch with only electrical connections. I booked for 2 nights and left 1 night early - EVERYONE around was saying the same thing about their experience - very disappointed! We didn’t venture into San Sebastián, however there is a bus service outside the campsite- which for me was the only good feature of this site.

Helpful friendly staff who spoke good English. The toilet block was well maintained and clean, the shower had plenty of hot water.
The laundry facilities were good and we made use of the washing machine which included detergent in the price.
The bar/ restaurant was open all day serving a selection of refreshments.There was a small shop however the restaurant also sold bread and croissant.
There was a very regular bus service into San Sebastián just outside the campsite.

The back road to the site is very steep and narrow. Not really suitable for larger motor homes or towing caravans. Although this did not affect us as we had a small VW camper van. It would be helpful if this was in the camp details.
It would also be helpful if the restaurant displayed prices more prominently.

Location, very close to San Sebastian and and excellent bus service.

The pitches were allocated. It appeared random, with no regard to the size of the vehicle. The area to empty the grey waste water was poorly situated and difficult to manoeuvre into.

The pool , the restaurant ,location was all great ,

Pitch a little muddy and small but they had had lots of rain but think pitches maybe better as hard standing as lots of trees so not drying out after rain

The site was clean, pitch was big and private. The communal areas were very modern and stylish. Staff were friendly.

The paellas served in the restaurant were expensive and only mediocre.

Although the toilets were in the same block as the showers they were not linked. This wasn’t helpful or convenient.

Bus link into San Sebastián

Dreadful access for motorhome, narrow roads up to camp then very very tight all around camp. Had difficulty getting in through barriers. Unable to get onto first allocated pitch despite informing them of vehicle length. Pitches unlevel, ladies toilets no sinks for hand washing!
Very unhelpful miserable staff on reception, luckily only stayed one night.

Lovely pool, excellent facilities and helpful friendly staff. Brilliant bus service into San Sebastián.

Some of the pitches are very small and very uneven but it was easily changed at the reception.

It’s easy to get the bus to sans Sebastián. Clean facilities. Large pitch, nice pool. Enjoyed the bar

Receptionist when we arrived was bit rude and didn’t feel very welcomed

Facilities were excellent and spotless clean, Bus into centre of foodie district is directly outside the door, every 20 minutes, last bus back 10pm from central san Sebastian. Best place to motorhome or camp in san Sebastian no questions, amazing location and excellent services

Pitches not very level and tight, but the location and site services are outstanding we believe, put on over 2kg in weight from the food in san Sebastian, happy days from Ireland 🇮🇪

Location with good bus access into town, ideal for a couple of days
