Pitch where ever so can tuck yourself away. Clean site grass well kept. Fishing absolutely fantastic. Bar/ pizza reasonably priced, couldn't fault it on the whole ... But the toilets....

Stayed 2 days / night. Toilets were not cleaned during Our stay. We're particularly clean when we arrived, Mens smelt of urine and had no toilet roll.. pretty disappointing.. I didn't feel it was the kind of thing I'd have to go to reception to Ask for ....

Clear, helpful, and friendly service from reception on arrival. Great facilities available. Roomy and flat pitches. Animals to see. Great location on edge of a number of walking trails and not far from Monmouth.
The electricity meter was good idea so you only paid for what you used.

We stayed in half term week with friends. Stayed in larger field next to main field which was flat and plenty of space for the children to run around in. Kids loved hiring a fire pit for the evening. Pizzas are amazing, cooked on site 5-8pm. We had them twice while we were there. Breakfast menu also available but we didn’t try this. Hot showers were good. Price is good value for site.

Toilet block could do with a deep clean as showers were not the cleanest around floor edges. Also communal fridge and freezer need replacing as freezer door had completely come off and fridge didn’t feel very cold. Also only one small washing up sink and 2 dishwashers isn’t ideal when busy. Especially when plastic camping plates etc not dishwasher safe.

Beautiful site with lots to keep the kids entertained with a small playground, chickens, ducks, and a couple of small lakes to walk around. Great pizza served on Friday ight and lovely beer/cider for the frown ups. Toilets/showers were clean and staff very welcoming and accommodating. Kids loved the firepit we hired. Great all round experience.

The communal freezer we broken so it was difficult re freezing,the freezer packs but they did let us put them in the ice cream freezer instead.

friendly site staff - cafe facilities especially pizzas - prices v reasonable so happy to spend - bathroom facilities working condition with warm water - clean overall - guests behaved so no need to complain about loud noise when trying to get children to sleep - would visit again

bathroom needs modernising but it’s not a deal breaker as clean and functional - maybe a little more facilities to keep children occupied (currently has a swing and slide which was enjoyed by all kids so not really a criticism but maybe a few more bits would make it even better)..

The site was so lovely, helpful staff, clean facilities! Even a dishwasher! We really enjoyed our stay, the kids loved being able to run round or use the park. The lads were able to fish on the ponds on site. Pizzas were available to buy & we’re really good!!

We came with two of my son's and their families . Had a great time hubby loved the fishing. The staff where friends and helpful, the pizza we had on Monday amazing freshly made. Showers where clean and tidy.

We loved our stay, lovely location, easy walks from the site with pizza and beer on tap! Kids loved the play area and general vibe was perfect for young families to mingle and play whilst we enjoyed beer... I mean thinking of what next to do with family.
