Camping Village Laguna Blu is on the north-west coast of Sardinia, just six kilometres from the centre of Alghero. It is a modern campsite, perfect for offering guests an unforgettable stay along the wonderful Sardinian sea.

The campsite is surrounded by lush vegetation with pine trees and eucalyptus. This is the ideal location to find peace and relaxation under a tree or along the beach with its white sand dunes and crystalline waters.

A football pitch, a TV room, games room and playground will keep the kids entertained. On-site facilities also include a restaurant and pizzeria with takeaway service, a supermarket and a shop.

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the terms and conditions.

Additional terms

The following terms and conditions are there to regulate the contractual agreement between you and your family (herein indicated as 'the client') and Campiente srl.

1. Contract of travel
1.1 The booking becomes binding upon our issuing the contract of travel. The same booking then becomes unequivocally confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation.
1.2. Booking conditions are specified within our offer. These conditions, indications and contents become binding upon acceptance of the booking.
1.3. All information contained within the offer are published in approval with current legislation. With the publication of modified offers the preceding offer becomes null and void and holds no legal value.
1.4. Should the content of the confirmation vary from that of the original, this implies that a new offer has been made by Campiente srl. It is the latter offer which is considered valid, subject to client confirmation. This confirmation can arrive through express or implicit consensus from the client as with the payment of the deposit, the full amount or by arrival on the campsite.

3. Arrival / departure
3.1. On the day of arrival the booked campsites will be available to the client from 4pm.
3.2 On the day of departure the booked campsites will be available to the client from 10am.

4. Variations
4.1. Should there be variations in price due to a requested variation to the offer by either party, the difference in price is payable solely by the client.
4.2. In cases where there are variations in the service, Campiente srl will urgently inform the client and will offer a ten-day period in which an alternative solution will be or complete reimbursement given. This does not apply to small changes in the offer. The client cancellation policy remains the same for the client.
4.3. A price increase may occur due to unforeseeable circumstances (taxes) and up to 21 days prior to departure. Variations to travel costs are to be immediately communicated by Campiente srl. In the case of increases over 5% of the total amount or in case of significant and essential modification of the service level agreement, the client is entitled to a 10-day free cancellation period.
4.4. In case of force majeure or for documented cases of distress on site meaning the client cannot carry through purchased services to the end, a partial reimbursement may be given pending a written report/account given by a campsite representative.
4.5. Up until departure, the client can make name changes to the booked party only with prior communication to Campiente srl. Campiente srl can decide to not accept these changes in cases where the changes contravene legal or administrative regulations.

5. Cancellation on behalf of Campiente srl.
Campiente srl reserves the right to rescind the contract, without prior warning, in cases whereby the client violates the clauses in the agreement.
6.1. The client has the right in any moment prior to arrival to cancel the booking made. In order to protect the clients’ interest and to avoid misunderstanding, the client must send the cancellation request in writing. The cancellation comes into effect once this communication has been received by Campiente srl. In the cases where it is not possible to substitute the booking with another client, the listed cancellation policy applies:
6.3. In cases of cancellation telephone bills and administrative expenses incurred by the client are done so at their own expense and are non-reimbursable.
6.4. Cancellation fees are applicable and payable in cases of non or late arrival.
6.5. The above cancellation policy applies to all bookings unless expressly indicated at the moment of contractual agreement.

7. Resolution of the contract in cases of extreme circumstances.
7.1. in cases in which the holiday becomes dangerous or there are dangerous circumstances, either the client or Campiente srl can rescind the contract. In these cases the client will receive immediate and total reimbursement.
7.2 Campiente srl can detract administrative costs from the total amount for services rendered.
7.3. Should the above occur during the stay, the contract may be rescinded and the client will receive a reimbursement par to that of the services received and those still to be enjoyed.

9. Insurance
9,1 Travel insurance, which is strongly recommended, is not included in the price. Insurance costs are not included in the price of the holiday unless expressly requested and paid for by the client.
10. Passport, visas and healthcare documents
Clients must familiarise themselves with local healthcare policy, or necessary passport and visa requirements for travel. Campiente srl is not obligated to advise on this. Should there be cause to cancel a holiday due to client negligence regarding these policies, Campiente srl reserves the right to request payment as per the above cancellation policy.

11. Insurance / compensation
11.1. In cases where death or great loss affects the holiday, the client reserves the right to receive a reduction on the total holiday amount or even to declare the holiday contract null and void. The cancellation is valid only in cases where Campiente srl has not done all it can to come to the clients’ aid. These terms do not apply where help is impossible and here the client reserves the right to reimbursement by default, in the case where the default tourist package is high enough to justify a reduction in the price of the trip by at least 50%.
11.2. It is strictly forbidden to pass on the right for compensation to third parties, including legal partners. In the same way it is not permitted to claim compensation in the name of third parties.

12. Obligations of the client to cooperate/participate
The client is requested to immediately inform the campsite staff of his/her complaint.
This is requested in most part in order to be able to help the client. In cases where the client omits to report the problems while on site, he/she cannot then claim a reduction on the total holiday price.

13. Treatment of complaints, deadlines for reclamations made, time constraints
13.1. For services non-conforming to travel contract. The client can officially complain within one month of the completion of the holiday contract and all complaints must be in writing.
13.2. From six months after the holiday (date dependent on the contract agreement signed), the client waivers the right to complain and all complaints and requests for reimbursement received by Campiente srl will be rendered null and void.
13.3. For complaints directly referring to service delivery: Campiente srl is not responsible for those services stated in the contract as being external to the offer.

14. Responsibility
14.1. Contractual responsibility for damage, that not of a physical nature, is limited to three times that of the holiday package price if that damage is not caused intentionally. This only comes into effect if Campiente srl is deemed solely responsible for the damage caused.
14.2. Should there be reference to the limits of liability conventions
or regulations on an international scale, Campiente srl has the right to appeal.
14.3. In those cases where Campiente srl is present only as an intermediary, it is the direct supplier who is the responsible party.

15. Other terms and agreements
15.1. These conditions apply provided that no agreements of another type have been made with other individuals.
15.2. All personal information supplied to Campiente srl will be treated with respect of all privacy laws.
15.3. Campiente srl is authorised to render invalid any evident typographical or calculation errors.
15.4. All legal matters shall be dealt with and received in the city of the head office of Campiente srl (Venice).
15.5 The above provisions are valid until there are published laws which differ from these provisions.
15.6 The inefficiency of a small part does not annul the whole contract.
15.7. Italian law is applied.
