Eurocamping Calvisio

Great location for visiting the amazing coastline up to Genova. The animation team run football and keep fit which my wife and son both loved.

The pool is fabulous but its 2m to 3m deep but there is a kiddies pool also. Our pitch was quite small but did have a private WC, Shower and kitchen sink.

Close to Savona, Genova and Finalborgo. Nice beach at Final Borgo less that 1400m away.

Depending on where you are it can be quite noisy.
The lady 'DJ' in the morning that feels it's necessary to introduce every record in Italian, most of which need no introduction at all! I get that the majority of guests are Italian and we are, after all, in Italy but we want to hear cheesy Italian House/disc/ Pop music by the pool not the Beatles. Well, I do anyway!

Once the bar closes of a night kids seem to congregate on the stairs for an hour or to completely unchecked which is mildly annoying.

Having a private bathroom on the pitch is brilliant, what a great idea. The site is beautiful and idyllic. Very nice pool area with a good bar and a great restaurant, I recommend their pizza. Also very good WiFi. Staff is very friendly and helpful, when we asked about another pitch than the one given to us we were provided with a list of about 20 pitches to go and choose from.

Prices at the bar and restaurant seem to be a bit random, whilst coffee and pizza are very cheap some other things seem rather expensive. Mini market has limited choice and opening hours.

The facilities, pool, shuttle bus and clean site located in a great resort with lots to do near by

There were some dogs barking which should not be allowed in our view

I liked having our own sanitary block right next to our pitch and the entertainment for kids was good (even though everything was in Italian so they didn’t understand anything)
Quite close to the beach front and promenade about 2km which is fairly flat so you can ride there easily or there is a free shuttle with the campsite at certain times.

I know we were in Italy but the animations for the kids was always in Italian so it didn’t make them feel very welcome to participate.
The welcoming by the reception was a little basic and a bit weird being cashless.

La navetta gratuita che porta al mare. Personale gentile. La pulizia generale.

Più adatto alle famiglie numerose forse. le piazzole sono molto vicine ed alcune sono posizionate molto male, per esempio la notra era proprio attacata ai servizi igenici e oltre i cattivi odori, la notte si sentiva un rumore fastidioso delle pompe di acqua. I gestori non si sono fatti scappare nulla e qualsiasi angolo vuoto è stato assegnato una piazzola.

Accoglienza terribile,piazzola piccola e al sole,ambiente trascurato e sporco,area ecologica mal tenuta e mal odorante...bagni appena sufficienti come pulizia...se così si può dire,preferisco non entrare nei dettagli,neanche un appendino nelle docce,accappatoi buttati sulla porta....un quattro stelle????mah!!!quando siamo andati a restituire i braccialetti che usano interni al camper per le spese che il cliente può fare al bar o al ristorante o al market(che anche lì ci va un bel coraggio a chiamarlo market),sono anche riusciti a dirci che avremmo dovuto dare una differenza per la corrente,rispetto ai 12.50 pattuiti con il vostro sito,ma considerato la mia rimostranza ci hanno fatto presente con sufficienza che la titolare riferisce che chi prenota con pitchup deve pagare così...almeno quello!!!!!!!!!comunque purtroppo esperienza veramente deludente...io non sono solita recensire,ma questa volta credo sia giusto far sapere quando si vive un mal contento simile.vi porgo i miei più distinti saluti e vi ringrazio comunque per il vostro utile servizio!
