Discover Huttopia's pretty Camping Senonches in Eure-et-Loir within the region of Le Perche, which stretches between Chartres and Normandy. Just 150km from Paris and near to the Sologne, you can stay in the great outdoors with your family for a tranquil weekend or longer holiday in the middle of spectacular natural surrounds.

You can enjoy the forest, a natural swimming pool and activities on the pond and in the local area, including horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and more. Camping Senonches is in a magnificent woodland environment right by the Badouleau pond. When staying here, you are right in the heart of the 4,000-hectare serene Senonches state forest, which is acclaimed as one of the most beautiful oak groves in France.

Pitch your tent on one of our spacious pitches, whose size can be up to 300m²! Caravans and campervans are also welcome in very comfortable spaces. While trekking around on foot, bicycle or horseback, you can savour the forests, hills, grazing lands and stunning manor houses that make up the landscape of Le Perche. You can also discover the little village of Senonches and other small villages such as Nogent le Rotrou, Thiron-Gardais, la Ferté-Vidame. Clean and copious showers
    Considerate other guests
All staff amenable and multi lingual.
    Entertainment for children
    Village nearby
Other things to do such as trekking

Electric hook ups are all in one field in full sun. A few in the forest or natural hedge bays for privacy would be great. We had paid for electricity but opted for a nicer forest pitch in the cool.
It is double the price of a Camping Municipale...

Local attractions

Stay here in the region of Le Perche in Eure-Et-Loire to experience many exciting and relaxing activities. For starters, with forests, hills, copses and grazing land to admire, ramblers will be spoilt for choice in this unique natural landscape. This is the ideal place go for strolls with family or friends.

You must take a unique carriage ride to discover the region. The carriage is pulled by percherons, the famous draft horses of Le Perche. Fishing enthusiasts will be in their element here as ponds, pools and rivers are dotted all over Le Perche's landscape. So consider bringing your fishing gear (rod licences are available from the campsite's reception).

Le Perche boasts plenty of cultural treats too. In fact there are many castles to visit (Ferté-Vidame, Nogent-le-Rotrou) and also abbeys (Thiron-Gardais), parks, manors (De Courboyer), gardens (Jardin de la Petite Rochelle in Rémalard) and more.

You can also explore an array of trades and crafts, including stained glass window-making, calligraphy and agriculture. Check out the Regional Park of Le Perche, featuring no less than 182,000 hectares of cultural and natural heritage for you to explore. This is a prime place to enjoy a trek on a percheron, too!

In the middle of La Beauce, less than 40km from Senonches, you can visit Chartres, home to a popular cathedral and beautifully evocative medieval alleys.
