3. In case of cancellation due to reasons beyond our control, we will offer you alternative dates or refund the full amount.

4. Late arrivals must be notified before 6pm. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management will relet your accommodation.

5. A €10 campsite administration fee will be added to your balance of payment.

6. Local city tax of €0.50 per day per person over the age of 13 is not included and must be paid on arrival.

8. Any disputes are within the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Macons/Saone.

9. During high season, arrivals are from 4pm to 7.30pm and departures before 10am. During low season, arrivals from 4pm to 6pm and departures before 10am.

10. A €250 deposit must be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your accommodation.

11. Inventory has to be checked on arrival and the customer must report any issue immediately.

12. The rate includes water and electricity up to 10kWH per day. If you exceed it, you will be charged of €0.15/kWH.

13. We accept pets. They have to be on a lead at all time, clean and quiet. A valid vaccination certificate should accompany your pet.

14. Customers have access to all activities in the Domaine. Access to the swimming pool from 1 March to 1 October.
