Sarah and Connie greeted us warmly, and it soon become apprent that we were in for a wonderful stay!
The caravan, in the confines of a delightful location, was perfection.
All the small details were attended to. A welcome pack of local produce, milk, tea, coffee etc. Everything has been well thought out.
The caravan was immaculate, almost like we were the first to use it.
The view was spectacular, along with the tranquility of the location, we wanted for nothing more.
I am somewhat reluctant to post this, as selfishly we would like it to be a secretive slice of beauty!!

Absolutely loved our stay here, a warm welcome by Sarah, spotlessly clean caravan with everything we needed, a welcome back with tea, coffee, biscuits, milk and croissants, beautiful views, horses as neigh-bours :) Our son loved all the animals, the sheep, chickens, funny cockerel, guinea pigs. Also enjoyed chatting to Sarah's Dad who was telling us things about the farm. We only had 2 nights to didn't have lot of time to explore as we were on the way home from Ireland, but we went into Hay on Wye which is a gorgeous little town and we could have spent hours browsing around! Would definitely like to come back another time for longer to explore the area and the Beacons. Oh we also spotted what we think were a couple of eagles flying over the area!

    Disliked:

Nothing at all, the only very small issue we had was getting the shower to stay warm, but I'm sure it was user error rather than a problem with it!

This static caravan was one of the best equipped places we have ever stayed. The generous welcome package, which included apples and plums straight off the trees, was much appreciated. The view across the field to the hills beyond was spectacular. This is a really peaceful spot and can be highly recommended.

Perfect destination to get away from it all. Our first stay in a static caravan exceeded our expectations, it was very well equipped and clean, and the kids (and their mum!) loved the interconnecting doors and cupboards to look in! What a view as well, over Hay Bluff, paddocks (with horses) and fields, which we enjoyed sitting on the balcony as well as from in the caravan. Maisie the chicken was an added attraction for the children! It was also so quiet, apart from the horses galloping past while we were eating our dinner on the balcony while enjoying the view, and the occasional chicken (but not too early in the morning!!). A previous review mentions the electric fence, this was not a problem for us (our kids are 7 and 5), and Sarah the owner said it would only give you a tingle if you touched it.

    Disliked:

The double mattress was rather hard but we understand from seasoned caravan staying friends that this is very standard with caravans, and next time we will take a memory foam topper!

Very good standard of accommodation , great location , very warm welcome and views better than described . Served a purpose travelling alone however as its a working farm can see taking the kids although would be great id be forever looking to see they weren't near the electric horse fence or straying near machinery close by.
Certainly would stay again and would recommend anyone wanting somewhere clean and peaceful to try this , price isn't bad either!
