This site is rubbish. Despite paying more [over twice as much] for a caravan pitch than the entry, you are still required to pay full price tickets to watch the kite feeding, this despite having no facilities, the toilets are locked when it shuts at 5, hook up only, so at £15 not cheap. The nature trails are all locked up - presumably lest you manage to sneak closer to the birds. Declined to pay extra and settled for watching them flying in, so the girl radioed the bloke to say we didn't want to buy tickets [overheard!] and he stalked us till we left. Most unpleasant! Some friends stayed a few years back & nature trails were open, but peacocks kept them awake all night. They're still there but weren't noisy in Sept. Will never go again & recommend staying elsewhere & paying to visit kites as there is no advantage.
