Great clean site, friendly staff sadly too close to the road noise. 27/07/2017

It was easy to find, the one way driving system on site is a little confusing but it works. The tent area was great, I didn't mind the little walk to the shower block and I had a toilet and dishwashing area within 2 minutes walking distance. The field was mainly level (it's nature not a build place expect some uneveness) and well maintained.
The pool (yes there is a pool on site) looked nice but I didn't use it neither did I use the bar. But everything was nicely clean and well maintained.
There were several showers and toilets.
Trees around the site and fields kept the wind at bay that it was a comfortable breeze and not the possible strong mountain winds.
    It is a large site.
The staff was friendly and despite having to leave a day earlier due to a family emergency I enjoyed my stay throughly.

Well it was easy to find right off the street... this means I was lit by streetlamps during the night and also street noise, which was unfortunate but that is what you get when you want a site that is easy to access via a large street.
It is a rather large site with many longterm or seasonal residence which made me feel like the outsider.
A rubbish collection that is closer to the tent field would be nice.
The mountain view is obsurced by the trees, at least on the tent field which was the lowest.
The whole site is very much one giant hill, so despite the disabled bathroom I don't see how someone not fit to walk or even in a wheelchair could stay there.
Very friendly with my dogs and no one complained that my dogs were securely behind the camping fence on my pitch and not on a lead just makes it more comfortable for the dogs.
I did however notice a lot of people come down to the tent field to let their dogs run lead free, and not everyone picked up after their dogs. I actually had to clean my pitch before I could put up my tent.
